  • With 710-horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque, the Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat was the perfect platform for Hemmings to construct our custom race support vehicle. 85 cubic-feet of cargo space meant we could stow our race equipment under lock and key, and with a towing capacity of 8,700-pounds we could tow just about anything we wanted. Combine that with the Durango’s already stellar good looks, and our plan started to take shape.

With a digital rendering to kick us off, we then enlisted the help of veteran builder, Neil Tjin of Tjin Edition. This is a man who, over the years, has brought more than 150 SEMA builds to life. More importantly, these builds are true road vehicles, not dressed up show ponies. On this episode of our Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat build series, we introduce Neil Tjin and get our first glimpse of “Project RAMPART”.

We are so excited to be part of this build. Mike said it, doesn't matter if you're on the street, the track, or towing a 4x4 to the trail, having a way to top off air pressure in your tires or run air tools is always going to be important. 10 lbs of CO2 can do the same amount of work as 400 gallons of compressed air at 150 psi.

The Power Tank was an integral part of this build, and is a MUST HAVE for anyone serious about heading to the track or off-road - AMAZING PRODUCT!!

_wow, no sh!t bro, I am not up on that bit of info_ 😮 I'm hype to check it out now🏁
...Kinda Funny too, because i got a class B CDL with a hazmat endorsement. I delivered compressed air, co2 & nitrogen tanks to bars for use with their draft beer & soda systems. So I'm aware some gasses can punch above their weight when utilized correctly. I've seen compressed gas developments in that field and also with Paintball, Airsoft, Bikes & Bicycles that are utilizing Co2, other compressed gasses & tanks in all shapes and sizes. It sounds like game changer to me bro. 🦸‍♂️🏁

Many of the parts we used are 100% available - the idea was to put the thought in peoples heads that the Durango is one of the most versatile SUVs on the market!

putting off road lights and a roof rack on a hellcat literally makes no sense at all .. these corporations are on glue with there weird collaborations and this is another example of that
