They're not used anymore in Formula 1 since the beginning of this season. It was apparently too complicated for people to understand the differences between Hypersoft, Ultrasoft, Supersoft and Soft, so they reduced to 3 dry compounds : Softs, Mediums and Hards

Yeah I change the downforce levels depending on which track I'm running. Usually quite low downforce as well, that simply suits my driving style. I also drop the ride height a little to increase downforce and straight line speed.

Why u always start at 20th

I prefer to start from 20th so I can try and attack the field and try different overtakes instead of starting towards the front and having to defend my position all race long. The defending could get quite tedious and repetitive in a full 100% race. I've found that this concept is more entertaining as it then includes me both attacking and defending during the race. What do you think?
