As mentioned in the video, it's not so much about the exercises, but the STRATEGY for approaching exercises that is most valuable. The exercises shown are just examples of how to 'hit scoliosis from all angles'. Hope this helps!
Brother, just a suggestion..can you make it clearer which side is being trained by giving arrows and other signs, please. so we can more clearly understand the rip humbs side/ prominent side of the hip. more detailed exercise instructions, please. there is a 2 sided view, wrong exercise movements vs correct movements.& at the end of the video.. can you provide a summary of the exercise list & duration, please? Thank you so much . from Lily, PTs Indonesia 🙏🏻😊
Thanks Dr. Ryan for your value course my back pain and sciatica are better everyday. Keep going is the key. It’s a shame in my country I never got this type of help, they only think in surgery.
❤ most fysiotherapists in my country have no clue how to do some of these correctly themselves. Let alone teach them to their clients! I am so happy you are doing and teaching this the right way!! My entire back surgery rehab was wrongly approached. Where ever i went in my country.. hopeless. So people this guy gathered and experienced a lot of the right knowledge ^^ 💪🏼 Don't be intimidated by the exercises. I was so f** up back then i just had to start with 1/2 of 1 rep.. a day 😢.. but keep going and will pay off!
I have mild rotary levoscoliosis, and recently fell down the stairs taking a huge hit to my right illiac crest which has caused me to have a nagging pressure like pain in my right glutes and back thigh, its going on a month now, will these exercises also help me or do i need different ones, or to modify these in some way?
Best content on the internet 🙏🙌
