Welcome back to Build Biology - that show where we dive headfirst underneath every piece of sheet metal, fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum and steel on everything from racecars to home-brew specials. But today, we’re maxing out the space in the Donut Garage with our dude Ryan Anderson and his Monster Jam monster truck, Son-uva Digger. Over 11,000lbs, with 1,400hp, 30” of travel, parts from a crane, mega reduced planetary gear ratios, and more. We’ve seen these things shredding since we were all too young to drive, and now we can finally see how it all works.

It's funny I was just thinking this morning about how I miss when Hoonigan was one channel before it split into 30 different channels I used to watch it all the time and it was one of my favorites but since the split I really haven't been watching it, it seems like years now. But this morning this monster truck build popped up and I watched it.
I just miss when all the boys would hang out doing dumb stuff together, making mechanics quit from having their handywork destroyed so quickly and without remorse, instead of each hooner being on their own trying to make compelling content. It just took away the magic. Maybe it's better for views and advertising but I guess that's the way she goes.

I find people in motorsports are, in general, pretty accessible and appreciative of their fans, but the monster truck guys really take it to a new level. Ryan couldn't be more excited and engaging about his craft. Such an amazing dude!

Team Hoonigan lets get Donkmaster from South Carolina on Build Biology next time he comes thru Cali with his Gap Sauce! His Z06 Donk is a pretty engineered beast taking down modded Dodge Demons and other high HP cars on the track with an LS, Nitros, Manual Transmission and 26+ Rims and tires no slicks.

This is so cool. As a kid, me and my lil bro use to watch Monster Jam every Friday night. Long story short, my family had a little fishing house in Duck, NC and every time we left after weeks worth of work on it we would stop at Kill Devil Hills and check out the Grave Digger base. Also super cool
