Good day, I am so happy to find you here, this is what i am actually looking for, how to create a log in page for each of our Teachers in the Agency. My next goal is to be able to create a sort of a table wherein each teacher can see the benefits that are being credited to her bank account, it should be able to show the date when the benefit was credited, what specific benefit it was and the amount of benefit, basically it should look like a payment history where a particular teacher will be able to view all of her benefits in a tabular format with the most recent being on top of the list whenever he or she logs in. Thank you for this great tutorial! I have been struggling with how to accomplish this for 3 years while trying to use excel and sharing it with workers. It hasn't been great as they constantly edit fields or delete rows of data by accident. I am going to try to build this today with a modification of creating and linking a repair log to the inventory list.

I'm new to power apps and I tried developing the app you created here. However I observed that once you linked your excel file to PA, yours created three screens whereas mine just created one called MainScreen1. The DataScreen1 and EditScreen1 screens were excluded. Is this due to a more recent update?
Yes 100%, gaps in the flow process exist with incomplete and missing information at certain points. Otherwise, overall it's a excellent tutorial presentation, with mostly good explanations and great concepts.

This is great and explains exactly what I need to do! I'm just wondering, is there a way to scan a barcode of an existing item in the inventory list, then it bring up the details of that item? For example a find item button by using the scan function? :D
@@gaderyfr8485 I would approach this by a scan button on the gallery screen. Save the scan value to a variable, say "var"Barcode." Then modify the Search described in the video to include a match between the variable and the inventory barcode. Does this make sense? happy to help if you need it.

Thank you for watching. Inbuilt powerapps charts don't have much functionality as compared to power bi charts in powerapps as we can't make similar modifications there.

Thank you for the helpful videos. I have a problem though. When i format the dates as "long dates" on my excel sheet, it shows for example "Monday, 12.September 2022". It doesn't show it any other way. The next problem ist, when i upload the excel sheet on Sharepoint, the date format there changes to number. So date Format totally disappears and nothing works after that.I tried changing the format on Sharepoint (date and time, currency) and when i click on "integrate to PowerApps, i get an errror code "app could not be created - cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'dataEntityDefinition'). Do you have any tips for me how i can fix this? Thank you so much and I'm really looking forward to your assistance.

Do you have a resource that explains how to display product photos for a specific record that has the product images stored as urls in share point list? Column 1 would contain image 1, Column 2 would contain Image 2 and so on. The product detail screen would show all of those photos in a gallery for just that specific item?

My Barcode Reader Gave Me An Error: Change the rule to produce a (0) value.
