    Light a candle when chopping. The fume is what makes your eyes water. I sometimes hold my breath.

      I keep forgetting to do this! Haha! Thanks Jenn.. I'll try lighting a candle again... I usually use white onions which are not as strong as the red onions.. But this recipe is better with red onions 💕
