Depends on where you live. In Bavaria there are rarely any cameras. On many highways A7, A70, A71, A6, A9 you can drive fast for a long time without limits. In summer nights I often drive 250-260 for a long time. You just need to avoid rush hours.

I am not entirely sure. When the car was exported to Russia from South Korea, I basically brought it to the best performance company in Russia and told them to do full maintenance and a few mods - ECU flash, dyno tuning and they told me that they can upgrade the cooling system which I agreed to.
if just fast car isnt really nice for you wich i uderstand maybe try a slower but fun car and go drift then you have the same learning type stuff like with your motorcycle (about how you need to control more)

Good question, I will try to explain as accurate as I can. Majority of speeding / lane cameras are aiming for the front license plate. In Russia a car needs to have a license plate IN FRONT and ON THE BACK of the car, so cameras detect 100% of the cars. Motorcycles have plates ONLY in the back and ALLEGEDLY, majority of motorcycle riders, who prefer to ride fast, either ride without a plate at all, or they have a special mount, that changes the angle of the license plate, so the camera doesn't detect them AT ALL.

Same for Florida, they have the best car / bike community in my opinion. In Europe you have German Autobahn with no speed limit. In Sweden you have the most crazy motorcycle riders, search Ghost Rider or Nobody Moto and you will see for yourself.
