What worked for me was unplugging the rca yellow plug and plugging it back in. What gave it away was i could hear the start up of the firestick on the audio side.
very good video, if it's not too much trouble you can link the power adapter that you use to power the FIRE TV because I think that's the only problem I have since the power doesn't reach mine if I connect it from there normally
So I got my firestick to play on the rear/middle screen, But it doesnt transfer the video to the main screen, and cant hear the Movie on the speakers, please help
No. But that has nothing to do with Netflix hardware set up, but instead the factory set up that needs to have one of the wires hooked up to the ebrake so it thinks the vehicle is in park

I’m not there to help you to troubleshoot. You’ll have to figure it out.
My only question is how did you get the sound to work ?
When i open aux nothing shows up
Same issue I have just says AUX I’m wondering if my cord isn’t good enough.
Same problem i did all steps
Same! I got a $5 HDMI to RCA cable and it didnt read it
Hi I would like to know if it is possible to use my Binize android auto device instead of the Firestick?
Try it and report back
@Boxerville Manor ok I sure will, thanks
Will the movie still play on the front screen while driving? Thanks in advance
No. Unless you trick the system into thinking your car is in park. There are ways to do this

Your GMC app

I’m not sure why you don’t have sound. Are you seeing Netflix playing but no sound?
Does it play on dashboard screen while driving?

How did u go to auxiliary?
It’s on your display screen when you plug everything in
does it work with the phone hot spot or do i have to have the cars hot spot connected? thanks
Try both

Do you have a link to the converter used? The one I have won't allow resolution over 480p so the Google Chromecast won't work.
