Fala galera, beleza!? Hoje eu trago uma maneira de resolver um problema que alguns usuários do Steam Deck estão enfrentando, que são casos em que o Steam Deck não dá imagem na tela dele, ficando apenas com a tela preta e com imagem apenas conectado em um Monitor externo ou TV pela Dock com HDMI.

E fica aqui a dica: nunca deixem o SD descarregar completamente! Esse problema está por aí desde o lançamento do Deck e ninguém gosta de passar por coisa do tipo, então a melhor solução é sempre evitar o problema. Ótimo conteúdo, como sempre!

Aqui deu esse bug, a tela estava ligada mas não aparecia imagem nenhuma. Fiz o que você disse, seguro o botão de desligar por 10 segundos e esperei alguns segundos para tentar ligar pra vez.

[16:33, 07/08/2024] Osmar Junior: Based on what is happening, we would like to rule out a potential issue that has been fixed in our new BIOS update.
To update to that BIOS you will need to opt into the 'Main' OS update channel:
Turn on Developer settings (steam button > settings > system > 'Enable Developer Mode')
Turn on 'Show Advanced update Channels' in developer settings (steam button > settings > developer settings)
Set Deck to 'Main' in OS Update Channel (steam button > settings > system)
Select Apply under 'Software Updates' above and then select the 'Restart' once it is done.
Once the Deck restarts and has loaded to the OS, unplug the external monitor to test if the Deck's internal screen is now displaying correctly.
Important:
While the system is applying the new update during restart, this process could take up to 15 minutes to complete. During that time you may see the LED blink a few times and the system appear to not respond or continue to have a black display, make sure to avoid interrupting the device in this state as it is repairing/updating the BIOS and firmware for the device.
Please let us know if the external display is still black and you are unable to update the Bios.
Once we receive your reply, we'll provide further assistance. We appreciate again for your cooperation.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Now that you are on the correct BIOS version that has the fix, please try the following steps again:
Fully shutdown the unit. To do so, hold down the power button for a full 15 seconds to shut the system off. The screen will shut off before the full 15 seconds has elapsed, do not release the power button until the full 15 seconds has elapsed (this is because the unit will may not be shutdown fully even though the display is off).
Unplug the external display/monitor from the Deck (so once the fix is done it will display to the Deck's internal screen instead)
Hold the volume (-) button and QAM (...) button down at the same time. Keep holding those two buttons while you tap the power button once. If done correctly and registered correctly by the system, you should hear the normal chime sound and see the power LED on top start blinking (this will let you know the process started). You can then let go of the volume (-) and QAM (..) button
Allow for the unit to fully boot, this process may take up to 15 minutes again as it is repairing the firmware.
If after waiting those 15 minutes the Deck's screen is not displaying anything, please plug your external display in again to check what is there. Let us know what you find in this case.
If the problem remains the same, let us know.

O meu tá lento nos últimos dias, nunca era assim... Tô na versão estável...
Por aqui tá tudo normal, não tem atualização da Steam desde o dia 28/03, então não mudou nada no sistema pra causar lentidão...
É bom verificar se seu SSD não está muito cheio ou se tem atualizações de jogos acontecendo em segundo plano!
Bom que já quando pegar o meu já fico preparado com esses tipos de coisas ksksk❤ vou ter um ainda, de preferência um oled
Estou com um problema semelhante mas começou quando instalei o win 11. Quando saio de algum jogo do Gamepass a tela fica preta e não volta mais, no caso a luz da tela acende mas não aparece nada.

O meu tbm deu certo, mudando pra prévia atualizei e fiz o reset, porém o reset de bios só começou depois que coloquei ele na tomada
Cara tô com o meu exatamente agora com esse problema, na realidade o meu não descarregou mem nada, ele liga a luz fica piscando e ele aciona o cooler no máximo, mas nada deu certo, a Steam vai permitir a troca do meu produto

Meu problema e que meu steam deck depois dessa tela preta, ele nao funciona os controles, tanto o cursor quanto no analogico, meu steam so entra com o windows, nao consigo acessar o cursor para fazer o boot do steam normal, alguma dica?

Achei um post no reddit q me ajudou. Mas, ja tinha conseguido antes, eu liguei um mouse atraves da entrada tipo C e fiz o boot (processo Vol + y Power) dando o boot normal pro Steam, atualizei o firmware do Steam y reiniciei dando boot denovo e voltou normalmente
Trás pra gente uma opção para pra poder jogar o yuzu ou suyu no emudeck depois da remoção ❤

Meu steam deck estavaa com windows, coloquei o pendrive pra restaurar pro steam os, na hora que fiZ a instalação limpa, e fiz as configurações de wifi, mostrou instalando o steam os, apagou a tela e nunca faz mais nada. Somente o barulho de ligar e os retorno tatil... O que poderia ser ?
Pode ser que durante a instalação algum erro aconteceu... Mas se ele está ligando e só não dá imagem, eu recomendaria primeiro desligar ele completamente segurando o Power até a ventoinha parar e não ter mais feedback tátil nos trackpads, e em seguida ligar ele segurando o Volume ( - ) junto com o ( • • • ) e apertando uma vez o Power (mantendo os outros botões pressionados) até a luz de energia piscar várias vezes. Aí pode soltar os botões e aguardar, isso vai resetar a BIOS e costuma resolver esse tipo de bug. Caso não resolva, tenta conectar numa Dock se você tiver uma, pra ver se ele dá imagem numa tela externa.
Saudações! Faça algum vídeo solucionando o problema no Bluetooth. Muita gente reclamando q não consegue conectar o controle. Obs: da para conectar joycons do Nintendo switch no steam deck?
Bom dia Felipe! Meu Deck está apresentando um problema relativo à atualização. Não estou conseguindo fazer o upgrade para versão 3.6 do SO, quando tento fazer, o aparelho fica com a tela piscando e não conclui a instalação...e só consigo ligar novamente se restaurar para a versão 3.5.19 usando os 3 pontinhos + power. Já tentei de tudo! mudar canais , previa e beta desinstalar os plugins, e nada de conseguir instalar. Vc sabe me informar se pode ser um problema da BIOS? Atualmente ele está na 130...será que se eu fizer um downgrade para a 121 pode ser uma boa opção?

O meu DECK está tudo bem rodando liso temperatura normal dependendo do jogo bateria ta ok controles funcionando. OBS eu de costume quando desligo ele sempre coloco na bolsa de proteçao, aquela que vem com seu DECK, ela ajuda e muito o seu aparelho não pegar poeira.
Mesmo segurando o botao, nao liga mais.
Tentou ligar ele segurando Volume ( - ) e ( • • • ) até a luz de energia piscar várias vezes?

Fiz o mesmo e n deu certo. O último recurso é trocar a tela pra ver se funciona...
Tentou refazer o reset de BIOS depois da atualização pra versão 121? Às vezes não reseta de primeira quando liga segurando Vol ( - ) e ( • • • )
O meu travou na tela de inicio com a logo do Steam Deck e não abre mais nada. Alguem sabe o que eu faço pra corrigir?
Nesses casos você pode tentar:
1) Forçar o desligamento segurando o botão de ligar até ele apagar;
2) Se o travamento persistir depois de ligar novamente, tenta desligar o Deck e ligar ele segurando o botão ( • • • ) até aparecer uma tela para selecionar Current A / Previous B. Aí você pode colocar pra baixo no direcional e apertar o A na opção Previous B pra voltar o sistema ao ponto antes da última atualização.
Tentei instalar o Windows no steam deck e fiz alguma coisa de errado, quando tento ligar ele, ele ficaso na tela de carregamento como se estivesse ligando mas não inicia, ja tentei usar aqueles metodos de entrar nas bios ou voltar a save data mas nem se quer entra nelas so fica na tela de como se estivesse ligando

Estou tendo um problema que não achei resolução aqui no RUclips.
Meu deck funciona normalmente, mas a Galeria/Media que a gente acessa através do botão STEAM nunca carrega as screenshots que faço dos jogos.
Os arquivos existem (ja fui na pasta deles e encontrei os arquivos la), mas nunca são exibidos/carregados através dessa tela Media.
Alguem sabe sugerir o que fazer?
Estranho, nunca vi nem achei algo sobre... Tenta dar uma olhada se não tem algum filtro aplicado nas Mídias, apertando o botão "start" lá dentro
O meu caso da tela preta durante jogos entre telas de carregamento ou qnd troco pra modo desktop.... Não é sempre, mas no jogo wwk23 que tô jogando agora por exemplo, tá ocorrendo direto
Se você tiver o plugin Decky Recorder instalado, pode ser ele causando esse problema. Recomendo remover esse plugin pra ver se resolve!
Ei o meu problema e com um jogo o GhostWire eu tenho esse jogo na epic e uso ele pelo Heoic o jogo carrega ate a tela de inicio quando vou iniciar o jogo ele entra na tela de carregamento carrega fica tudo preto ouco o som da chuva mas nao aparece nada tudo preto! Alguem ja passou por isso?

Mano boa noite liguei meu deck hj, ia verificar minha biblioteca da Época e o seguinte erro apareceu: " "something went wrong while displaying this content"
Verifiquei emuladores e launcher da gog e também estavam dando o mesmo erro, sabe dizer oq é?
Tentou reiniciar o Deck? Se não resolveu apenas reiniciando e você tiver plugins instalados, verifica se algum deles está com erro e desinstala que parece resolver!

Troca a pasta térmica, coloca una de qualidade com uma condutividade térmica alta

Thermal Grizzly Kryonault, esse é a que mais me agradou até agora. Mas se você não tem conhecimento melhor levar em um técnico de informática de confiança, porque é preciso um certo cuidado na hora de manusear o deck.
O meu está exatamente assim... Vou tentar fazer esse processo aí e posto o resultado...
