O meu Steam deck estava com esse problema de não carregar até o 100% , mas depois de uns dias mesmo com ele no carregador a bateria simplesmente não carregava , agora nem o led acende mais. Vou tentar esse método do seu comentário mas já estou sem esperanças , já anunciei ele pra vender
Eu deixei a última x com o jogo no modo off dae zerou a bateria depois disso ele nunca mais nem pisca o led, nem. Ventoinha nem dá sinal de nada acredito q terá q dar um choque na bateria .

seu conteúdo é mto bom. Eu tive problema com o steam deck nas ultimas atualizações, ele não ligava, ficava travado numa tela de "verificando arquivos" e nca iniciava, tentei varias vezes e nda... ae tentei ligar selecionando a bios, segurando - e apertando o power, não sei se foi coincidência mas assim funcionou.
As vezes meu deck liga e fica com tela preta mas com som, eu resolvo isso "simplemente" indo na opcao de reiniciar e pronto, me guiando apenas pelo áudio e por conhecimento do menu, entao sei onde estão os botões.
Comprei meu deck ano passado em meados de novembro, porem no 3° dia de uso ele simplesmente morreu, não ligava fora da tomada, ligava só quando estava com o carregador carregando, mas mesmo deixando praticamente a noite toda ele carregando quando tirava do carregador ele simplesmente desligava. Na época entrei em contato com o vendedor e ele me perguntou se tinha aberto o deck, e me orientou a formatar e resetar a bios, mas mesmo fazendo isso não adiantava em nada, como estava na garantia não quis abrir e decidi pedir o reembolso e logo em seguida comprei outro console. Porem até hoje não sei o real motivo dele ter dado este problema. O deck atual funciona perfeitamente, ainda não coloquei o ssd nele mas pretendo, otimo vídeo e ótimo trabalho orientando a configurar e instalar plug-ins.

Se tiver uma dock ou adaptador pra conectar ele num monitor ou TV, tenta fazer isso e ver se ele dá imagem na tela externa. O meu Steam Deck não estava ligando após desligar ele manualmente após uma jogatina. Mesmo após ele ter ficado na tomada tempo suficiente pra carregar a bateria. Ele ficava numa tela cinza e não bootava, até que resolvi colocar no carregador novamente. Aí ele ligou normalmente com 100% da bateria, loucura não entendi nada!

Estou tentando jogar Rise Of Tomb Rider mas nao consigo dar o aceite na mensagem com os termos do jogo. O touch permite eu selecionar o botao mas nao permite o clique e no touch pad do stemdeck eu nao consigo dar o clique. Alguem ja passou por esse problema?

Deixei o meu steam deck parado por 2 meses. Coloquei para carregar na tomada e nada. Tentei em tomada diferente, deixei a noite inteira carregando. Porém nem a luz de LED a luz de LED ascende mais. Vc sabe o motivo?

Se mesmo depois de deixar pelo menos uns 15 minutos na energia ele ainda não quiser ligar, confere se ele realmente não está ligando (verifica se a ventoinha não está girando ou os trackpads vibram quando voce toca neles). Se tiver alguma coisa indicando que ele esteja ligado apesar da tela ficar apagada, segura o botão Power por uns 10 segundos até ele ficar realmente desligado e depois segura o botão Volume ( - ) junto com o ( • • • ) e depois aperta o Power uma vez, mantendo os outros botões pressionados. Tive esse mesmo problema. Resolvi abrindo o steamdeck, removi a placa metálica que protege o ssd, assim tive acesso ao conector que liga a bateria a placa mãe. Desconectei a bateria e conectei novamente. O steamdeck ligou e estava com 5% de bateria. Coloquei pra carregar novamente e tudo voltou ao normal. Fica a dica.
Pois é, também nunca me aconteceu... Mas pelo que tenho pesquisado, parece ser um bug relacionado a BIOS e a troca entre as versão Estável e Prévia do SteamOS!

Deixei o deck parado umas duas semanas, semana passada fui ligar e nada, coloquei no carregador e esperei, pronto, tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Tive esse mesmo problema.

E quando aperta o power ele emite um bipe?

Só que não emite nenhum som.
Fiz o da BIOS ele pisca mas também não faz nada.
@@lellisandrade1120 se já deixou pelo menos 15 minutos ou mais no carregador e ele não liga, se tiver uma dock, tenta ligar ele conectado a uma TV ou Monitor pra ver se dá imagem através do HDMI...
