Hi Vicky and Jay, I’m an Englishman (Geordie) teaching English myself and I’d like to see your take on teaching tag questions. The most common thing I see is students using “right?” all the time, to the point where it sounds unnatural. If you don’t fancy making a video a response would be appreciated greatly. Ta’😊
Hi Anglox. Ah yes, I seem to remember reading that they've found innit being used as a universal tag by some speakers these days. They're more common in British than American English too, I think. Let me think about it and thank you very much for the suggestion.
It took me just over 3 weeks to watch all your videos. I am looking forward to watching your next video the day after tomorrow, which means- on Friday.
Thank you so much for your lessons! They're marvellous😍 May I suggest that you make a video about how to describe people? I came up with it because I've been trying to figure out how to ask questions correctly, such as: What colour is your hair? or is it What's the colour of your hair? or What colour hair have you got? or what size are your shoes? etc. My head is such a mess now)))🤪 Thank you! Hi Le Petit Lord - this is Vicki. The short answer is our viewers. We've had a lot of requests from different people for a video about who, whose and whom. It was a lot to cover so I'm splitting it into two parts.

But I have been watching a few of your videos now, and how I can pronounce the words correctly may be in thanks to my mum who when I was 2/3yrs old spent HOURS trying to teach me various words and how to say it correctly despite the fact I cannot hear how it is correctly said vs its actual spelling.... This has led to the fact, that I can now talk.... SEE, when I was born, docs told my mum I'd never be able to talk, my deafness is too severe, my mum was like NONSENSE, my child WILL talk... and after doctors sending my mum to court... a case my mum won....I CAN talk, and very much so, that nobody knows I'm deaf unless I tell them that I am.
