Over the years, I’ve written a lot of notes on all of that type of information from Sean, and as time goes on and as he continues to inform others on his career and passion, the more I understand the inner workings of Sean’s journey. And I’m sure that I’m not the only person who’s done all of that and been enriched by Sean Chandler in many different ways.
You and cody have been inspiring me to be a film critic, i love movies so much and they mean so much to me, i just want to have a career i enjoy

My wife makes a couple trips to Nashville each year for work. The turn out was great for my informal meet up. So I'm thinking I may try to head out that way more often when my wife has a work trip. Maybe do something more elaborate and certainly announced further in advance.
There was enough people to justify doing a live event of some sorts.

Good lecture
This might be a stupid question, but I was curious do you do lectures outside of universities? I enjoy the videos of these lectures, but I would love to attend one in person.
I lead panels at comic cons fairly regularly. And I hosted my own little event back in January. But those events are more like live recordings of videos for my channel.
I've spoken at a couple of leadership conferences.

I have a sneaking suspicion that uncle Sean didn’t just “guess” the Deadpool trailer was dropping at 8:00🤔
It wasn't a random guess. Reynolds said the trailer was dropping that day. Disney tends to drop their trailers at 8:00 central. So I set my alarm accordingly. They don't usually drop earlier than that. But I didn't have inside knowledge of the exact time it was dropping.

Like I said, I didn’t have any inside scoop. Ryan made a public statement and Disney usually releases trailers at 8:00 central.

This was at an institute. I've done a similar lecture at Concordia University in Austin. So you'd have to be a student at the school to attend one of those lectures.
Also a few times per year I lead panels at comic cons. Sometimes they're basically a live recording of a video and other times they're on RUclips and similar to one of these lectures. I even did my own live event in January.
Those are public. I try to advertise them as much as possible on my community tab.
And then about once per year I speak at a leadership conference. Once again those are public events which I try to promote.

Ohh I know. Normally I'm all good on all of that. This all came together in 24 hours. I wasn't planning to have any power point. I walked in and they offered and I had a couple pictures at the beginning. I don't normally teach off of notes on my laptop.

I literally flew into town Wednesday. Checked my DMs and a student proposed me stopping by. At 2:00 I was on the phone talking details and the next day at 2:00 I was in the classroom. haha
I didn't know where i would be or what tech was available. I like to have an elaborate power point. But with so little prep I just decided not to do ANYTHING.
Then I show up and they're like "Here's where you can hook up for you power point." There's a couple fun pictures at the beginning. SO I just threw something up on the screen.
If Codey makes a video, you copy it...Adam Does Movies does a video on criticism, then you make a video.
