I like saying "what did you mean by that?" when people say hateful things. They usually back down and apologize. Sometimes they double down and that tells you everything you need to know
I’m soooo glad you didn’t cut that out! That caught me so off guard that I laughed out loud for like 2 mins straight my stomach hurts now and I love it ahahaha
I've been diagnosed with depression 3 years ago and the only thing making me genuinely laugh are your videos. So I just wanted to say thank you :3💜🖤💜🖤💜
Sis when you said "I wonder what his _____ taste like?" I fully cried of laughter and I haven't laughed in so long because I've been in abusive relationship for the last two years and hearing you say that its okay to want someone else just literally sent me/made my whole entire year! Thank you so much for what you do for us, we don't deserve you! I love you guys so much. - love from a Cancerian (fellow water sign)
Please do not stay. Most abusive relationships do not get better. Know that you deserve more! You deserve a happy healthy relationship. Be safe and be strong. ❤️
The very first question hit me. I ended a 10+ year friendship because I realized what she was doing. If I had a bf, she would wait until I was asleep to get his number out of my phone. She tried to sabotage a lot of my friendships so I could spend more time with her. When she had her son and had postpartum depression, I helped her mother care for him. She always made my feelings out to be less. If I had a problem, she had one worse or acted like she didn't care. I finally told her I couldn't do it anymore. I was honest and told her all the things she did over the years that hurt me. Told her that I hope her and her family have nothing but happiness and a good life, but that I would never be apart of that life again. She just said "Oh. Sorry dude." and that's where it ended. That's all she said to it. Sometimes you have to cut them off for your own good. It sucks but needed.
In my experience, the best way to make friends as an adult is to volunteer or join some sort of group! I started volunteering at a cat rescue and I have made multiple friends! :) As for groups; you could join a book club, if your religious/spiritual you can join some sort of group that’s a part of your community (if you are into witchy stuff check out your local witchy store they often have groups!), there are also neighborhood sports leagues (softball, etc), dance classes, art classes! Anyway those are some suggestions :D
Best suggestions for meeting new people/making friends: Join groups! There's loads of meet up groups, I have a friend who recently joined an outdoor rollerblading group and made like 5 new friends. Within the last 2 years I got into D&D and started meeting people at local game stores. There are so many ways but the key is to 1-step outside your home and 2-step outside your comfort zone just a little. :)
had to get my best friend, my little baby 🐶 put to sleep yesterday. have been crying non stop ever since but this video gave me half an hour of feeling kind of happy... thank you ❤

Robert! OMG that was the funniest thing I ever heard you say. It looked like you shocked yourself. 😲 I'm not going to quote it but naughty naughty, and very true 😏 🖤
The immediate “get rid of them” after the first question is MEEEE. My friends know that if they come to me for relationship/friendship advice, 8.75/10 times, my advice will be “BLOCK ‘EM” or “CURB ‘EM” 💀💀😂
Ugh I felt the friends and dating app questions so hard. I grew distant/broke off friendships I had in high school and almost all my college friends live out of state so meeting new people is so hard. But I’m also terrible striking up conversations in person or online lol
Try Meet Up - it is actually quite fun and I’m super introverted so almost had a panic attack going there but after a few minutes I felt fine and it was awesome (I’m late 30’/early fourties’ 😂) but they have groups for EVERY age group) - I’ll be an online friend too if you like? I’m in Australia 🌻
You guys are so lucky to have found your niche and to have each other to lean on one another professionally but most of all as Brothers (twinning must be so much fun!)
I had 3 dogs. 2 died within months of each other from old age. My 3rd dog went into full depression mode and wouldn't eat and kind of just slept all the time. We got a puppy for her in hopes that would snap her out of it and it did and they loved each other. When the older die passed the newest was so upset and loney so we got het a puppy and she loved her so much. However, the new dog was too high energy for the first so we got a third to help distract the high energy dog and now all 3 of them love each other, are inseparable, and thoroughly enjoy having sisters. I will absolutely not get a 4th, and luckily they are all small dogs so it is much easier to have 3. They have helped each other get over anxiety from storms and from being alone when i leave the house. I would say if you have the money, time, and room for a second or even a third dog then go for it! I have a cockerpoo (3 yrs), her half niece who has cairn terrier in her (1yrs), and a mutt (2 yrs).
My opener on dating apps used to be "So what do you do for fun?" You find out about people's hobbies, how they spend their time, what you might be doing for dates/date ideas. Even if they give short or crappy answers like "dunno", and don't try and actually use their brains for one second to think of what they enjoy (or actually don't do anything at all (unless they then explain why they haven't been participating in their hobbies much)) that shows you generally that they're not worth your time.
Making friends as an adult tip: think about what you would want to do with said friend(s) and go do that. Like to go out and have drinks? Go to bar and meet people. Love taking art classes? Sign up and meet people there. Do things you want to do and do them. If going to a bar is your nightmare; don't go there to meet people you want to hang out with. Hope that makes sense/helps.
My marriage pre-dates dating apps and I've not ever been on one but in supporting a friend I've recommended to get active in a community around something you enjoy or love that way you already have something built in to talk about and bond with at meetups, shows, games, etc. Only downside might be trying to dodge them if it doesn't work out 😅
I just watched your recent LA vlog and then this video randomly played after, poor James little did you know you’re “obligated” to go to Las Vegas one year later 😂
The question about making new friends.. I have one good friend. The idea of having a lot of friends and constantly being invited to somekind of event.. No thanks. I rather be at home
I enjoy watching you guys so much! My brother Patrick passed away and i miss him so much. Our sense of humor when we were together was hilarious, watching you two reminds me so much of how Patrick and i would laugh at our little inside jokes. I love you two and the relationship you guys have, cherish it everyday
Robert, you are feeling it today! “My coffee tastes like cigarettes but I like it” and “Tasting the….” And the look on James face? Absolutely priceless! Oh gosh I am laughing so hard I am crying! Favorite video of the week, easily! Thank you for the laugh, both of you (and Marcus for leaving it in!) 😂 ❤️
I find these Q&A's really helpful because you're giving honest advice that you guys find helpful. I find you've encouraged me to take a realistic look at something I didn't even think of x
I met my husband of 17 years (together 19 years) when I was a bartender, he was my patron. We talked one night when I was just hanging out as a patron.... I went home with him and never left. We just knew. 😍💜💯✔️
Just a note if no one has said it, in the US most workers don’t have contracted hours, especially employees paid by the hour. Corporate people might, but the average worker doesn’t. Most employers say you have to work when you’re needed and that your schedule availability is just a “request”
Needed all the Welsh brother videos! Have been in the hospital for a few days, so these are really bringing my spirits up! Thanks guys 💜 🖤 💜 🖤 💜 🖤. On the friends thing, it really is OK to keep a close circle imo. I'm introverted as heck, so I'm OK with my situation. Plus I don't like going out very often. Took me a long time to be OK with it all,, and to tell people off when they bug me about it. You do you darlin'.
I’m a year behind watching this, but I’ve been subscribed to all three channels for about six months, and I’m going back watching old videos, and of all the videos I’ve seen: this is the first time I’ve gotten you both mixed up 😂
For the meeting friends, I’m an introvert and I had to get out of my comfort zone by using Meet Up - I selected my interests and they have meet ups for almost everything, everyone there is in the same situation so no judgement but I made two great friends from it. It’s for all ages too so even great if you think Nana or Pop might be lonely x
Really neat to hear cool people share about IBS without being embarrassed. Helps to spread understanding. Here's a question for the next time you share life advice, any tips for sharing your condition (or conditions like it, such as IBD) with new special people in your life (like potential new BFFs)?
The whole making friends thing is so true, it can be incredibly hard! However, as a twin myself it’s okay for me, because I just drag my other half around 🤣 therefore, I’m never on my own. We were fine at school as well, because if we didn’t make friends we had each other!
This video made my day. The penis thing is both killing me and giving me life. I can't stop laughing! I am very open about looking but not touching in my monogamous marriage... I'm pansexual and only human, after all. And and I'm now always gonna wonder what people's genitals taste like.. 😆😆😆 But for real, I think it's important for us all to remember that we can't get EVERYTHING we need from what one person. This doesn't mean you should cheat or have a non-monogamous relationship, this means reconnect with family and friends... find some people who you have some things in common with you that maybe your partner doesn't. So you're able to have someone to connect with in different ways than you do your partner. A lot of people think their partner has to be their end all, be all and they really don't. It's okay to not have everythingin common or to find different connections with different people. My husband and I are lovers and best friends at the end of the day but we definitely aren't into all the same things and I still crave time with friends and doing things on my own. You should also really make sure you take time to yourself and get to a place where you're happy with yourself because it makes such a big difference in your relationship 💜
Loved the video thank you💜🖤 The best online dating advice I have ever gotten is lead with a question, if you like the person/conversation continue sending questions at the end of your sentences. Also talk about them, everyone loves talking about themselves. Good luck out there. I met my partner online and now we have a family together. It’s possible💜💜🖤🖤
As a polyamorous person I want to clarify that the question about craving intimacy with other people is not necessarily about wanting an affair or not being ready to settle down. I agree that it depends on your stage in life and how stable your current relationship is, but you need to have that conversation with your boyfriend if it’s something that has been persistent. You didn’t share your identity but I have found it’s veryyyy common with bisexual or pansexual people who are in a heteronormative relationship, that’s how it was for me. Now I’m in very happy polyamorous relationships. I think it’s worth exploring.
“I wonder what his penis tastes like” omg I never laughed so damn hard! Also I wish someone would put that on a tshirt even though I don’t think I’d have the balls to wear it 😂.
it's really easy to start a conversation with a compliment. you compliment something genuine, it shows a common interest, and then you can ask questions about the thing you compliment (sa where'd you get it, was it a gift, etc)
In my experience, small dog breeds do better just being one on one with the owner. Some little dogs do great with a companion but thats generally if they’ve always had a companion since they were young. Small breeds get really jealous easily Edit: honestly though, totally solid advice all around. As a more mature audience member I agree with all this
My problem with making friends as an adult.... My parents *LITERALLY* isolated me from everyone except my family as I grew up. I knew *of* other people, but I was not allowed to have friends. This is actually very common with American Southern Fundamentalist Baptists. So because of this... I was dropped into adulthood with no social skills, bare-minimum knowledge of the internet (in 2018...), and absolutely no connections to anyone. So... Going to events in the South (small town Tennessee) when I don't know anyone here at all to even be invited anywhere is near impossible. I don't even know where to begin? There is only like, old man biker bars and not anywhere that younger adults hang out. Everyone else I've met so far are like hard-core, racist/homophobic Republicans that do not share even an inkling of common ground with me... It's HARD! I did start a Facebook group for queers in my area that has gotten lots of people but I still don't have an understanding of online socializing. It SUCKS.
I like saying "what did you mean by that?" when people say hateful things. They usually back down and apologize. Sometimes they double down and that tells you everything you need to know
Yes or when someone tells a hateful joke I play dumb and I'm like I don't get it why is that funny? Can you explain it to me?

For the boss asking you to do overtime, remember "No" can be a complete sentence. You don't have to explain yourself or give excuses.
Thank you for saying this!!!!! Never JADE: Justify, Argue, Defend, Explain.
@@brittanyjin4723 i think if you give excuses it just gives them the opportunity to argue/persuade/gaslight you even more.

They are f**king funny, I love their comedy it’s so natural.
The fact the you’re both my spirit animals is everything! 😂 “idk bc I don’t WANT to do anything!” …same! 😒🤣
I can’t get over them being the wrong way round 🤔 Please don’t do this again 😂
I can’t unsee this now 😢
Me too, so cornfused
So so glad someone else commented this - Robert and James being on the 'wrong side' confuses my tiny brain lol
Loved the video thank you💜🖤
The best online dating advice I have ever gotten is lead with a question, if you like the person/conversation continue sending questions at the end of your sentences. Also talk about them, everyone loves talking about themselves. Good luck out there.
I met my partner online and now we have a family together. It’s possible💜💜🖤🖤
I LOVE you two so much. I laugh to tears every video. So much love to you! Thank you! Xoxoxo
I love these random Q&A videos!
The mouse squeaks from Ashton in the back seat. The best!!! 😂😂😂
We share the same birthday. Aquamarine is our birthstone if you didn't know
it's really easy to start a conversation with a compliment. you compliment something genuine, it shows a common interest, and then you can ask questions about the thing you compliment (sa where'd you get it, was it a gift, etc)
My god I love you boys haha, you have no idea how much I wish we were all friends
I love how humble they are
I am having a tough day after losing my older brother..

Thank you so much. It is really tough on me😪

Not making new friends is fine if you already have some. It sucks if we don't have any to begin with.
In my experience, small dog breeds do better just being one on one with the owner. Some little dogs do great with a companion but thats generally if they’ve always had a companion since they were young. Small breeds get really jealous easily
Edit: honestly though, totally solid advice all around.
It SUCKS.
ROBERT OH MY GOODNESS! Spat out my damn coffee
It definitely made me very loudly burst into laughter! 😂
