BUNS with Cottage Cheese

Buns with cottage cheese (10 pieces)
Butter yeast dough:
150 ml. warm milk
40 gr butter
50 gr sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
300 gr wheat flour
10 gr. fresh yeast or 3 gr. dry
Curd filling:
200 gr. cottage cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp starch
2.5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
lemon zest
40 gr raisins
1 egg + 1/2 tbsp. l milk for greasing buns
Buns need to bake at 374 F - 20 ... 25 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
