      Cheers mate, I have a couple in the bag that I have ideas for. It doesn’t work for every technique, it requires me to spot a very very common mistake that is quite easy to fix. I might do. O uchi gari next

    Seoi nagi the classic!!!
    i would have tried it if i needed for self defense but i never had bend my knees
    Now you taught the technique and i will not miss it now

    You definitely need to bend your knees
