    It's work if your spark plug is broken in normal tight condition, if it was broken after full tight, it will not work.
    In my bike it was damage after full tight so I used screw extractor with drill machine (In reverse direction) and it comes out smoothly.

    • @thelakecommander7632

      It worked in a Polaris Ranger. I had to use a telescopic magnetic phone close up tool to pull the broken part since it was further down than the one in the video.

    How remove half broked spark plug

  • @knightfall7534
    @knightfall7534 4 года назад

    If you have a drill, and it’s really stuck in there, like it won’t budge, get a drill set and drill it out, try to go down 1/64th of an inch at a time, and have a file on you

    • @giwtwm
      @giwtwm Год назад

      mine become very tight the same reason why it snapped , what can you suggest should i just drill it until it become paper thin

    • @knightfall7534
      @knightfall7534 Год назад

      @@giwtwm that’s what I did, drilled it out until it became paper thin, and used a file to get the last little bit out, better yet chase the threads with a tap afterwards or you could force a good plug with the proper threads through and chase it that way, the plug snapped right below the hex, so I had nothing to grab onto, no choice but to drill out. The proper way would probably to get a helicoil set and just completely drill it out, including the original threads and put in the insert. But my way worked fine, just make sure you check compression after and make sure there is no leak through after u mess with the threads

      No use an easy out ! There are videos who suggest easy outs on RUclips watch them .. I tried this guys video on an LS1 with limited room and it’s useless … I then watched another video using an easy out I smashed a socket end on to the end and reversed thread it in … then the opposite way and it comes out easy … you won’t get a drill in to some motors no space …. And drilling it out is barbaric and takes up way too much time and effort

    Is the square body reason for grabbing the plug or can I just use a screwdriver that is round? Do I make sense?

    Useless video . And a useless technic .. I struggled with this on a LS1 V8 .. very hard to get to .. using this a Philips is a bad idea .. I looked up another video .. that recommended “ easy out “ and they work … don’t use this technique it’s a waste of time
