3/5 better than most articles! Only a 3 because it said the minimum for a betta is a 2.5 also and it doesn't have personal problems and trial and error. you aren't going out of business any time soon your personality and real life experience is what makes you fun to watch!
As someone who’s constantly fiddling with ChatGPT, you’re fine, at least for a while. It’s super easy to manipulate it into creating false information and tons of errors, making it incredibly unreliable for the purpose of writing informative articles. Using it as a supplemental resource to fill in the blanks is much more effective and an efficient tool.
Your job is definitely A.I. safe. I prefer dealing with someone who has actual hands-on experience and who can answer queries "honestly" and honed to the individual species in question and not a generalized book read response. We can learn the consequences of certain actions while watching it unfold in real life/video and hear why 'this thing will work faster than that thing' and 'the other thing won't work because of this thing' and 'this is why.' It is a better learning experience to not only hear and read about something but to actually see it in action. I want to thank you for sharing your honest aquatic experiences and your hobby dedication with us.
Hi Irene, Just wanted to say thank you for the work you do. Your videos and welcoming presence really make me feel at peace. I truly believe that God placed you in this community and hobby to shine His light, and you’ve definitely shone it towards me. When i’m feeling anxious, your videos help me get my mind off of my fears and help me realize the beauty and fun of His creation. God bless you!
Thank you so much! Being a light to the world is definitely my mission, whether in person or online. Praying that the Lord calms you in times of anxiety and gives you His peace beyond all understanding. 🙏
ChatGPT shows a LOT of potential to be corrupted. Months ago I decided to test it some and it was originally telling me "Rainbow fish are known to be good parents" No, chatGPT, they are not. They will often eat their fry. "You are correct, Rainbow fish are known to eat their fry and are not good parents." A single person with enough time and desire could very easily warp ChatGPT's knowledge base in very small and specific areas that would quickly cause it to give lethal advice to fish keepers.
For fishless cycling (assumes you're starting from scratch) plant the tank, add some snails, add some dry leaves. Your substrate and/or amendments may or may not have nitrogen. However, the snails, dry leaves, and live plants will all produce nitrogen and other resources, they will break down resources consistently, and all come with bacteria and organisms. No spikes and curves. Of course if you have multi-tank-itis then just move some filters, sponges, and substrate around and start with a light pop from the start.
Awww, thank you so much! I was definitely talking more casually like I would to another fellow fishkeeper and didn't give as much detail as I would to a beginner, so glad you enjoyed the video. :)
There's nothing like being able to find someone where you can trust their info. AI might get there, but I think it would be foolish to only "believe" what AI states. With that said, I don't think you'll be out of your job all that soon. But, you should ask Cory what he's thinking...
Could you do a store tour of fish den or about fish inc? I go to them and noticed the other stores you tour are in the area. I wanted to know what you think of these stores. If you want to.
No, I don't think you are in danger of losing your job. Often there are more solutions to one problem. You can offer more than one specific answer. 🐠🐟🐠🐟 Gina
Mmm.. I think you're going to be ok job wise. Will be hard to replicate your positive energy on a visual medium. Maybe we will all have to lift our game a bit when it comes to writing. We wonder about the same thing in the real estate industry (my day job).
IMO nothing will replace a human to human interaction. AI had come a long way however that personal connection will never be the same as compare to the latter.
I doubt you'll have an issue with your job...not because of information or how it's relayed to us. People just prefer seeing a human on the other side and it is also more entertaining to listen to.. especially your stories you use along with the topic you're speaking about.
So I have a question I’m new too the hobby and have been told so many different things and am so confused. I have a heavily planted 10 gallon but some are saying that it is too small for fish and I’m really struggling. I am unable to have a 20 because of space issues and thought a 10 would be fine. I’m confused because some are saying it’s fine and others not. This is my first tank so I’m learning and am just confused.
Yes, that's definitely one of the hard parts of the hobby. Depending on a person's experience level and style of keeping aquariums, a 10-gallon tank may or may not be suitable for a certain species. I like to look for veterans in the hobby who have personally kept the fish I'm interested (both online and in person) and see what they have to say. Another good source for stocking questions like this is to post on the Aquarium Co-Op forum. People there seem to be really friendly towards beginners, and if you ever have a problem, it's easy to post pictures or video. forum.aquariumcoop.com/
A heavily planted 10 gallon is enough for a lot of different species, but probably not enough for a community tank (a community tank is a tank with a centerpiece fish, schooling fish, and bottom dwelling fish all in the same aquarium). I would recommend either a betta/honey gourami OR a school of 8-10 chili rasboras, kobutai rasboras, pygmy corydoras, or ember tetras. You could also add a Nerite snail or some cherry shrimp (cherry shrimp might not do well with a Betta or honey gourami but is fine with the others).
@@Sunnyshine9599 unfortunately the fish you currently have aren't suitable for a 10 gallon. I would recommend 6 green neon tetras and 6 pygmy cories instead. They look fairly similar but are much smaller and will do better in a 10 gallon
Hi Irene, I'm Ryan M. I have been able to get my red root floaters to bloom with their little white flowers. I can share with you how I was able to have success with this if you are ilinterested. God Bless!
*Out of 5 stars, how would you rate ChatGPT's fish keeping knowledge? Do you think I'm going to be out of a job soon?*

chatGPT is not a real AI... it's a trained model... it won't ever be good or up to date unless people like you train it.

Q/5
Idk I saw RUclipsr FishForThought do this and chatGTP did good so we’ll see 🤷♂️❤
There’s no way your losing your job, you just go way more in-depth!
I also would personally trust way more an experienced fishkeeper than an AI program
knowing how to keep fish is one thing, watching how and how much people like you enjoy the whole process is another thing.😉

Your research and experimentation..... Experience! No way would I believe an AI over you. I love your process. You are awesome at what you do.
I honestly HATE blogs that are wrote by AI. They always seem very redundant. Love how you write and other real ppl's blog posts.😊
I think you're doing a great job and I'm sure you'll continue to be in the future. Plus, nothing could replace your awesome personality. :)

You shoulda done this with GPT 4. I tried all your questions there as the video was playing and the responses are way better.

Hi, would you say khuli loach and discus are compatible ? I need help with this question 😊

Irene, I think you're safe. Most of us don't even like automated or self checkouts. No rise of the machines here!
Why does that Platy have curly poop?
I don’t know but it’s all I could think about. That was a perfect spiral 🌀

AI vs Human?
Deep Blue vs Kasparov ”thousands years ago”.
Those vs You, Now?
AI cannot compare with Humans
Humans create AI.
love you irene
Not a huge difference with the haircut u mentioned❤❤
Life is a choice, so if you wish to stay in this business then I see no reason you can't. Will there be more competition? Yes.
In this current moment, ChatGPT can give you basic information, but that isn't always reliable. Irene is definitely more reliable.
AI doesn't give answers with a smile. That should count for something.
💙💙💙
I don't think AI will take your job
When a person writes a blog or makes a video, there is a more personal aspect with examples based on experience. AI simply can not achieve this.
How much you wanna bet chat gpt is pulling info from your articles? 😂

At least AI can convert to metric 😅
Well by the time chatGPT takes over your job you'll probably be retired anyhow. And this chatGPT thing spew out more garbage than truth.
