@@nofurtherwest3474 I was contacted by them to come down to Columbus for a trial so they could see me in person. They watch of film on players so that’s how I got my opportunity.
It was a super cool experience and I’m thankful for this opportunity! A lot of good coaches and players. I go back in January. Also cool training in stadiums too! 😁
It’s never too late to start. You will probably have to start at a lower level but keep working and you’ll keep getting better and can play at a higher level. Good luck!
I’m currently in phase 3 of the Columbus Crew program. The team isn’t officially formed until U15. So I’m on the team for now in U13. I’ve played a game with them. Everyone on this team has another team as their full time team. My regular team is Midwest United.

There are a lot of good clubs in and around Michigan so I'm sure you have some options.
