    Love the early testimony man! Brings me a lot of joy when I’m doing research into possible gear and come across Christian channels. God bless you bro!

    Thanks for the review! I want to invest in my first IEM system - should I spend money on a mono-only system like the ptm 33 with 4 receivers right out the gate (and then upgrade to a stereo system later), or should I start and keep a stereo system like the PTM 10 and then get 4 belt pack receivers with that? Thanks!

      @GabrielBelloMusic  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yo Bro Drew! That depends on your system and how many people you're trying to accommodate. If it's just you, def go PTM-10 so you can have stereo as an option. If trying to get IEMs for more than 2 or 3 people, def get the PTM-33 so you can significantly reduce stage volume! It takes getting used to and there are trade offs to IEMs, but the pros far outweigh the cons.

      Hello Erick! What mixer do you have? How many aux busses or monitor outs does it have?

  • @ellelcanadawest6968

    Watch the video, a little new at all this, where would you hook the left and right xlr from a PTM-10A to a Midas MR18 mixer?

    • @GabrielBelloMusic
      @GabrielBelloMusic  2 года назад

      Link two of your busses/aux outputs to pair, one and two, then go from aux 1&2 into PTM-10 and you should be good to go 😉

      @Guitarguts63 Absolutely, you just have to put in mono mode!

    I’m between this Phenyx 10 vs Xtuga. What do you think is the better option?

    • @GabrielBelloMusic
      @GabrielBelloMusic  Год назад

      Xtuga is good, I have some of their stuff and I like it, but Phenyx is better 😉 I’ve had less issues with Phenyx than my xtuga equipment. Don’t forget to use my referral link and code if you go with Phenyx!

    Hi man!! im gonna buy one of those! what's the best option? The Xvive u4 or the Phenix pro PTM-10 ? im looking for the most reliable system to not worry about interference and other stuff

    • @GabrielBelloMusic
      @GabrielBelloMusic  Год назад

      Hey Fabri! Here’s the pros and cons of each! I don’t have xvive monitor but I do have xvive wireless mic adapter and I love it! The xvive is SUPER compact, great signal however it is only mono, that’s the main draw back. That, and the signal range is less than phenyx pro.
      Phenyx Pro- PTM-10 mono or TRUE STEREO! signal range and clarity is the same as my $1,000 sennheiser unit! The receiver/belt clip is plastic, so lighter weight than metal but not as durable in theory. Only drawback is it’s a traditional size wireless transmitter and receiver. Come with a case, but not as compact as Xvive. If you go with phenyx, please use my referral code and discount code! Can’t go wrong either way, just helps make good music! Good luck 🙌🏽🎶🎧

    How much do nice buds matter as compared to the quality of the transmitter and receiver? Can you recommend some budget buds (sub $100)? Do you think that the included buds suffice?

    • @GabrielBelloMusic
      @GabrielBelloMusic  2 года назад

      Hey @chenlmax ! Good buds do make a difference and I made a great video comparing some budget options, check it out here and let me know your thoughts and questions. A couple folks made great brand suggestions in the comments of this video too ruclips.net/video/CKGY7wSueSs/видео.html

    Thanks for this! So, you didn’t notice any difference in sound quality once you changed the eq?
    I’m debating on getting one of the ptm 22 units or a ptm 10 bundle on Amazon with 2 receivers for $265. You can use stereo to your advantage to make 2 separate mixes with one ptm 10 and 2 receivers. There is a little bleed over in the stereo signal though. Would you mind giving your thoughts on which setup might be better?

      @@Albion12345 Hi, I'm facing the same decision. 2 of us for sure are going in ear, but 1 or 2 more may do so in the future. How is your experience thus far, which one did you choose and would you make a different choice now?
      I need at least 2 different mixes, then an extra person could piggyback onto one of our mixes, use a general headphone out or get another transmitter if they want their own mixes. So like you, I thought the PT-10 probably afforded more flexibility at a little higher price, but I've never had iem so I don't actually know what I'm talking about. Haha.

    How do you get the bodypacks to sync to the same side when necessary? like if you only have one monitor mix on the mixer..

    • @deepmountaingrass
      @deepmountaingrass 2 года назад +1

      Actually i just discovered you can get the group 1-5 body pack to sync to 6-10 but oddly not vice versa...

    Nice job! I have PTM-10 and can’t get unit to change channels. I can change it on the base unit but it never updates on the waist pack. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

    • @GabrielBelloMusic
      @GabrielBelloMusic  2 года назад +1

      Open the pack, hold it up to the main unit with the lcd and infrared side facing the unit and just tap the set button on main unit once. You’ll see it cycle, it’s looking to send the frequency to the pack, should only take a second or two before it syncs up
