I typically don't comment on videos, yet here I am. I found this video today and probably have rewatched it over five times in the span of 24 hours. Your fast paced sequence between Vulcannus and Pythus just left me in awe. I didn't expect to see such fluidity in a fanmade Songs of War animation in years, let alone perfectly ambient lighting and rendering. The character acting (in animation) was not stiff, and not too awkward, and good percentage of movements had great anticipation and follow through. Thank you so much for a wonderful animation and the long awaited Vulcannus Dual Wield, it was well worth the wait!

Don't know why, but I always imagined it outside, maybe because of the crystals not having place inside and how they were supposed to be destroyed by withers here. Not complaining though, as I know how hard animating can be. Loved that you put the Deathsinger's music during Pythus and Vulcannus' duel, as this surely weakened Pythus a bit thus helping assure his doom.

Season 2 is done and season 3 is like 80% complete. On top off that there is a what if series for songs of war in the works as well as a prequel that takes place during the great war. The series is only going to get bigger from here.
@@HomeBakedBread as of right now nobody...but....all that needs to be animated is the ender trials, and the Vulcannus and Abigail adventures, some felden stuff, herobrine training ria, and that's about it. Although it would be nice if someone touched up and fixed some of the animation issues for season that megeste never finished. I will say, if I do go into animation I will complete the series but don't hold your breath because it's not my main focus to be an animator.

However, there are small remarks: First of all, when Abbi finished her speech, not only did the crown catch fire, but so did the sword, and your sword was originally active. Secondly, it's a shame that you didn't add Pythus emotion to the way Vul was able to pick up two swords and the actual dialogue between them about it. And thirdly, the dialogue between the brothers, when Wool has already thrown Pythus down. And so you are great, finally someone did this battle)

You ally yourself with the enemy and fight against your own people... slave to the vengeance that has consumed you! Vulcannus: That is where you are wrong brother. Vengeance is but a shadow to the th?(put a question mark because in the script it was like that, never rlly got the hang of that, maybe it meant "truth"). Some things are more important than revenge.

Actually now that I rewatch it again, one little detail i dont like that caught my eye was that when both dragons arrive, you cant tell them apart. Everything else is smooth
Sorry im a month late to this but HOLY SHIT THIS QUALITY IS PHENOMENAL AND THE ANIMATION IS LEGIT SO GOOD FOR IT TO BE ANIMATED IN SUCH SHORT TIME! 8.7/10 (its up there)

2:20 Vulcunnus is just like chronos, so it makes me wonder if puthuys was like his mother (forget her name) and that it has to do smth of why she's not in the series or that smth happened to her causing puthuys to be like that,like so angry and ect so that's why chronos didn't know he was 'evil' And seems that why vulcunnus is so sad cus he remembers when puthuys was kind before what happened with their mother Just a thought i had
