I don't have the best of diets I love the bad stuff. I have to stop myself and make sure I do put some healthy balanced food in there. I am similar I will make sure I get alot of exercise within a week doing long walks and I ride a bike into work to.

That was predictable . Salt and chilli seasoning ! more like salt and salt . The taste buds for tasting salt and spice are very close together and can be confused . Salt is much cheaper than spice which is why ready meal manufacturers love lots of salt . That dish looked alright ,to be fair , but A good dollop of ketchup instead of the "spice" packet might have been better .
