nina Cecilia it’s a guitar but she has turned up the distortion on the amp to give it the groovy/wavy sound i’m pretty sure. either way it’s some sort of setting on her amp !! hope this helps

Yeah it’s not distortion it’s more likely chorus and delay or reverb but not distortion distortion is what they use for heavy rock
