People should be aware that everything you're discussing here, instrument wise (that is, disregarding the preset management and UI scale) applies also to 2600 V2, from the V Collection 4.
They haven't changed anything regarding the instrument, how it works, or its functionality. Not even the sound engine.
Presets can even be converted from V2 to V3 using Arturia's presets converter tool, available from their website.
I hope you do some in depth discussion of the sequencer, as it has some unusual features that I haven't figured out what to do with (the 3 Gate Outs or than "Anded" Gate Out thing, for instance) as well as the Voltage Processor.
Great video. Looking forward to more.
Modular V was the very first software instrument I bought and paid for. When V Collection 4 was offered to me for 50% off, I simply HAD to jump on it. I now use them ALL the time. Between V Collection and Reaktor, I doubt I'll ever really "need" to buy another software synth again.

Plz do higher resolution video when a device has so much detail. Going to 90% helps but both would def be best.

Ah, this is quite an old video. Hopefully our more recent content is more up to scratch?

A lot of the sounds from this remind me of late 80s or maybe early 90s arcade machines. I am frightened playing with patching since it seems to overload and blast an awful frequency and noise in my daw

Excellent video I got the demo from the software center. What are the differences between the demo and full version?

I don't, but I find the "Inimimi" and "Synchro Lead" presets to come close - well sort of - well at least they're fun to play along with. :-) Thanks for pointing out that song and the solo, didn't know about it.

The reason rack is longing for an emulation like this to be ported over. Blamsoft did a good job with VK2 in emulating the moog modular, I'd love them to create something based on the A2600

I have all the Arturia V Synths, but I am moving to real ones. I would rather spend my money on a real ARP or Moog, which I have. Arturia does make good imitations, but they want too much money for an upgrade, especially from a long time user like me.

I'm about seven minutes in. This is not a tutorial, this is a combination of " Look what's all in there" and "Look how well I know my way around". Too quick, too much, too overwhelming. In my opinion you'd better start with a simple signal path and than gradually expand, adding function/feature after function/feature. First master basic things, than master advanced things.

i have a problem with my arp2600 with logicprox . The sounds "remain" that is, if I register a chord when I stop my song, the sound of the harp does not stop, I hope I have explained well
