the side tabs are just two circles punched from the paper that sandwich the flyleaf sheet. the top tabs are post-its that i laminated and stuck to the top.
a few people have asked me to make a video on lettering, but i'm not quite sure how to go about it. i usually just make up the fonts as i go along so i'm thinking about the best way the make a video.....

I have a lot of medical issues and have been making a pull out page with all of my info on it. I am thinking the front of my filofax, Have you had issues with EMT's finding your info?
with my health issues i wouldn't really have to worry about emergency care, but i am allergic to penicillin and other things, so i keep a emergency health card in my wallet with a note to look at my filofax in case of an emergency for more information.
Oh... I have several health issues that will make that a concern, I will try my first thought and see how that works out... If not we shall see. I am going to add the card to my wallet though I hadn't considered that. Thanks

thanks! the dividers are all @snap paper. they are half laminated (using self-laminating sheets, i only used the sticky side on the front of the dividers) the top tab animals are from the poyo animals collection. i bought them while living in japan. i did a quick web search for them, but couldn't find them for sale on-line.

i made the fly leafs myself out of self laminating sheets. i put the tab on with double sided tape.

scrappysas yeah, they're just sticky notes. i laminated them myself and them attached them to the flyleafs with double sided tape.

Oh so you laminated after you added the tabs?
no, i used just the hard plastic side of the laminating sheets and cut them to size- then added the tabs
This is almost frustrating to watch because I know my weekly pages will never look this good. lol
