Bucking on the forks is a nice way to go. Surprised the tractor couldn’t lift that loaded carryall. I’ve never had a load my 3 point couldn’t lift yet… but I did bend the carryall frame where the top link connects once…
If you would lift your forks to waist height when bucking small to medium logs you would reduce your bending over so much and lessen back fatigue. Bucking on the forks instead of the logs on the ground would also eliminate running your bar/chain into the ground. Also using a chain with your forks you could have pulled those couple of logs out from those rounds.
The Echo Timberwolves are nice but you can get a lot more power by doing a muffler mod and pulling the limiter caps. It doesn't cost any but will improve its power.
I'm looking forward to that next load! I been dropping some trees around the property too to make sure I have more logs down before the spring flush. Thanks for watching
Phil need to sharpen your chain . Nice little load off firewood. You got good weather for buckin up firewood Phil .
yeah, I know. Later in the vid after splitting I got cutting again after sharpening and was cutting much better
Work never ends when there’s wood on the ground. Lol! Keep up the good work!
You got that right!
You’ve have become very efficient with your splitter.
Looks like it all adding up at the splitter hope you have a great day
Thanks 👍
Nice job and it's nice watching your business grow
Thanks 👍 I've doubled volume each of the past couple seasons and trying to do more than double again this year 💪

That wet red oak is heavy! if its dry split wood, or something lighter like maple, pine, poplar I can load the carryall up to the top.
Take em' while you can get em'

Nice going
Thanks Larry. Have a good one!
I too live in Central VA and would love to know more which hauler delivers those logs. They are nice and would like to get some like that too.
Sorry, but I'm low on this guy's list and I wish he'd bring me more, so I'm not going to give up my source
Great progress on that pile Phil!
BTW, how's the finger?
Still tender but getting better. Thanks for asking.
Big day Phil, won't be long at that rate to clean up for the next load. Terry

Welcome to the channel! Appreciate you stopping by
YOU NEED A STIHL500I OR HUSQVARNA 592
would be nice
I bought a 500I last fall, love that saw.
I am paying 700.00 for a load like that.....
totally worth it
You're doing everything the hard way...I dont mean this bad, but think about what you're doing, how you can make tasks easier, and more efficient.
Just my thought, even though that echo is a great saw you might want a bigger saw bucking up those big log's, just saying
