Amazing we consider this compact now. Few years ago this would have been considered plus size 🤣

the no bezels design makes this a compact phone. A 6 inch phone screen in the past would have large bezels.

@alfiobordonruiz it's pretty good, but obviously, it doesn't last as long as the s23 ultra or anything but its last pretty long the battery life last somewhere between 7 to 8 hours depending if you play any heavy games but if you use it for regular apps like instagram or RUclips or any other light app then yeah it can last upto 8 hours but if you play games on it for long periods of time then yeah it can last upto 7 hours before you have to charge it but yeah it's pretty good

They should make more handy phones like this....for me compact phones r so comfortable
I love compact phones , i had iphone 12 mini and loved its size , many people would ask me why i bought 12 mini when the price difference was not that huge comparing to 12 but size was one of the reasons going for 12 mini , i loved it.
Everything is oversized now. Uncomfortable to hold and put into pockets, not to mention they aren't any better than the compact phones.
My dad has this phone I gotta say it's a really good option if you want a smaller phone for less than the big boys

Sometimes I feel it is kinda blurry but when you shoot a pic in natural light it's great just need to get the lighting correct indoors
I just got mine 2 days ago. So far so good, it's a great relatively compact device in a market that's full of not so compact devices.

Just got mine couple of days ago on a good deal. Been absolutely amazing so far. The size is perfect, it feels good in the hand, performs like a beast, has good cameras and easily lasts all day.
Remember when 6.1" were considered as PHABLET !

When phones were fun
This slight curve actually leads the way which the new iPhone 15 is gonna go into as too flat cuts into your hand, too round makes it slippery. So once again samsung is ahead just like the s8 samsung before the iphone x
Yeah I agree especially with the pro max, it’s uncomfortable
S8 plus was the best phone experience wise, currently using iphone 13
The best small phone out there
It's not really even that small, wich is sad. My s10e is smaller, 5.8 in, and new iPhone 13 mini is 5.4in

I love mine it's amazing. Can't believe how good the battery life is and so easy to use in one hand and fit in your pocket.
Have the same spec as you! Has absolutely been the best battery and overall experience ive had outta box with a phone. Ever.
I know the difference, but are you more of a base model or ultra fan? I really prefer the small phone and flat screen, but do watch enough media and love the ultra's zoom. If course, price as well
I went with the ultra, but if they added the 10x to the base, I'd probably go with that.
I feel the same way, but the larger screen really grew on me. I came from a 5.8 inch s9

@@Leonie202ive had it for 5ish months and I love it! Best phone ive ever had. It has the longest battery life of the s23 phones because it has a lower resolution than the ultra. Its also not ugly and square like the ultra lol. The main con i would mention is that it is expensive, I mean 1000 dollars for a phone what??? I got it for 500 dollars and I dont know if I would have bought it for full price. If u dont mind forking over the money its a fabulous phone with a lot of great features. Also it is a bit bigger than the base s23 which is annoying.

I have had the S10e for 3 years .. my son lost his s10e so I upgraded both phones to the S23.. LOVE IT
is the battery better, i really hope because that's the main reason i want a s23, wich is difficult because i'd like wireless powershare on a smaller phone that has good battery, and that's rare.
@@dav0111 i dont have one myself (yet) however my friend says he can get through one or 2 days of normal use without problems and a full day with some heavier useage. sadly its not compareable to the low to midrange phones tho. my m31 lasts me up to 4 days with moderate use cause of the 6000mah battery

This phone is fantastic. If these were a thing a long time ago I would've got this over any previous iPhone ever made, it gives me iPhone vibes with a better operating system.

Just upgraded to the Samsung s23 it's amazing just ideal fits perfectly in pocket and just easier all round

I got my S23 in 2/2024 to replace my old S10e. After the AI update, this is definitely the most balanced phone on the market right now. It has better price than any new iPhones and almost the same features as the new S24, almost a perfect phone
I love this phone but I'm hoping that they will release a compact phone with decent battery capacity in the future. 3900 isn't enough for my daily use apparently
Yeah, the battery capacity is low, but with the latest optimization and power efficiency 8G2....lol you're gonna run your baby for 8+hr's
How many hours does it work
@@fatima.calmeager8232 I'd say it could last all day long but very tight. i usually full charge my phone at 7 am before i go to work. around 3-4 pm I'd charge it again when it's around 40% depends
I moved from Samsung's Note 10+ to an iPhone 13 Pro & now I'm happily back to Samsung with the S23! I gotta say: HUGE advantage! Great phone!
I am in love with this phone. Smooth, premium feel with tons of camera options and one of the best camera in general with super high performance for a small sized phone!
I just got the s23 in lavender, too, and I love it! my other phone was a little bigger. But with the s23. It's the perfect size for my small hands! I'm glad I switched! also, I needed and phone my s21 broke. 😔 but I love my s23! 😁💜📱

it's a good phone but the battery backup is the main issue after the recent update battery backup isn't good

Camera is completely fine, maybe too fine actually. But a little weak,do not let it fall. Pictures are amazing
The first plus models of the iPhone had a 5.5" screen. I remember those were massive at the time. Now, this has a 6.2" screen and its considered compact. And if you held one, they really do feel small.
S23 is the perfect compact flagship if you exclude the 25 Watts fast charging, which is just bad in 2023. They should at least let their customers choose if they want faster charging or a battery that will degrade slower. I would love 45 to 65 Watts charging, even if it means my phone will need battery replacement eventually.
25W and 8 GB of ram in 2023 is a joke for a flagship

I have this same phone mine is creamish color! I really do love it. I would recommend! (If you want it on warranty it can be free)

I didn't think I would like it but I wanted to try a smaller phone because I work as an injection molding tech and in love it.

Not much info here... but the two main reasons why I bought this phone are 1) it's an S23 and 2) size. I'm tired of all the bigger phones - especially the (too) long rectangles - and this S23 basic phone is even right at the limit. But I've gotten used to it and I'm kind of glad that I have it. So at the same time I purchased an OtterBox Defender case and it turns out that was a very good choice.
I will say the one thing I don't like about this phone of mine is the lavender color. I'm a guy and I would rather have had the basic black or that cool lighter green color (almost metallic?) available on other Samsung phones. What happened was I looking for a brand new phone with 256G storage back in late March 2023 and the lavender color is the only one I could find at the time.

Super good $800 off on a trade in with the same os if you have unlimited+ with verizon highly recommend my first upgrade since the pixel 2xl and im so excited

Looks basic but it is beast in real I've and I know the value of this smartphone the zoom are crazy it captures cockpit tyres and airlines name easily love
The main problem I have with the S23 is the colors, the whites seems to be way to white for the brightness, I have compared it to my older Pixel 5
Buy a cover with color you prefer, problem solved.

I love this phone for it's size and performance. My hands suit iPhone mini the best but i lean towards android more. What i do not like about Samsung is that it's not clean android

Identical phones other than size, zoom and s pen. I get the same sot on my s23 as i do on my ultra. Makes no sense to me but its a pocket beast.
The display, shape, main sensor, autofocus on the ultrawide lens (macro mode). It's really strange they get the same sot. I still think the standard S23 is the most worth for the money. What is your sot?

Had the 23. Loved it. Traded it for the 23 ultra. Used for a few months, really nice hardware but the phone was just too big. Recently traded it for the 23 plus. I can say that the plus is definitely the sweet spot. Although, the regular and ultra feels more premium. The 23plus feeling lighter and just slightly taller than my pixel 6a is nice

This is the phone that competes with the standard iPhone 14 and it just blows it out of the water! All these whack RUclipsrs compare it to the 14 Pro since they know it will make Apple look horrible if they compare it to what it actually competes with!
