I really don’t know. I did read, after I made the soap, that beet powder doesn’t do well with cold press soap. So, maybe I just need to experience with other natural colorants.

Good job! I am new to soapmaking as well, but love it. I've has a couple of catastrophes 🙃 but have read/watched that it is part of learning.
