Very disappointed PBS didn't cover the early days of Penrose. His founding of the town of Penrose, its struggles and then his move to Colorado Springs.

Marvelous portrayal of the founding heart of Colorado Springs. Delight yourself in 27 minutes into the robust character of the beloved Spencer and Julie Penrose.
    SO well done!

I wish you would have added photos of his home which is still standing and being used by the El Pomar Foundation. A tour of the big estate. When did the Broadmoor ski slope come into play? Before or after he died?

Not much of a biopic, This really just feels like a PR piece for The Broadmoor and El Pomar foundation. Can we get into some of the real history?

"Regulating Social Behavior" is unconstitutional, but there are those whom seek to rule others through their Ego Mind, that are Judgemental and convinced they are right in doing so, ... still unconstitutional.
Social Behavior and Criminal Behavior are separate, and the law application is the gray area, yet it is easily separated by the clarification of: (is it abusive to others?)
