How's the durability on the freedom strips? I see some reviews saying they only lasted a few shows before losing pixels.

Can you use analog led strips or do you have to use digital led strips?
I believe analog could be used if their controller accepts DMX. These were just the easiest we had available at the time, and they're name brand so people may recognize them and how to work with the fixtures they use.
Analog strips can work with a dmx controller, but don't expect to run each pixel. That will take digital strips (and a lot of channels) to do that.
@@solusfides Hey thanks for the reply, I've been doing a lot of research since that post and I was wondering do you know of any dmx controllers for digital strips and how many diodes it can control?
@@jaredayrton3709 one I'm looking to purchase soon to run an array of 16 freestanding addressable strips is this. Artnet or sACN, 16 universes worth of strip outputs, as well as two normal physical DMX outputs.

This website has LOADS of great led strips in all sorts of styles and applications. Be aware of the power draw and led spacing depending on your need, viewing distance and power run distance. Longer strips, specifically the digital (addressable) ones should be running in the higher voltage if your strip runs will be long. Otherwise the ones towards the end of the run will have brightness issues.
