is the titan program on the board itself or on the laptop?

Any idea why my lighting software would only be detecting one of the 8 ports on the eNode? The eNode is setup correctly but my software only detects one port...I could work around this by using ArtNet Broadcast but it's to my understanding that ArtNet Unicast is better on the network...

Are you using Titan or is it a different software?
My only ideas if it is truly set up like you're seeing here would be a bad network cable or software limitations on a different software.

@@ThePineappleGeorge Appreciate the reply. I am using a different software (Vista), not my first choice but that's what I have to use. I contacted Chroma-Q and they said they were aware of the issue and that to them it seems like an issue with how the eNode is responding to the ArtPoll requests. They also said that Chauvet nodes respond the same way. Not sure if it's a Vista issue but it sort of seems that way as both Avolites and Onyx work fine with the eNode...
