Seems like heavy set larger dudes always make killer drummers lol... love how this guy and Gene look nonchalant and breezing through the songs like its nothin and putting forth no effort even though theyre playing some of the most technically challenging music and fast drum riffs. Crazy to think that Gene practices and plays w ankle weights and some ridiculously bulky steel toed boots. As a drummer myself theres no way Id be comfortable or could even play metal w boots or drum in general in boots. I personally have been practising dbl bass to a metronome w ankle weights and it def makes you go faster and will build up your dexterity. RIP Chuck!🤘🏾
