Hi there! I have a sumsung combo machine, could you please tell me if it’s normal or not.... every time I about to start to wash 1) close the drum door 2)close the detergent (little door) and then push the button START , it always says that my softener and detergent is low and I have to refill it meanwhile it’s so so full, it disappears only if I pull out and push it in again(little door). + I have the filling that it doesn’t take the dose of both liquids cause after 10-15 washings the 2 tubes are still full. Please advise, thank you.
