Great video Ned thanks for taking the time to edit and post. Just subscribed to ya channle. Off to the south of france this year, god how i love them roads.
Langres (the town)is a ex fortified town. On route for PSA at Vesoul (which was tough going for a E290hp B Series ERF tanker). The normal truck stop (Routiers) was just north of the town Chalon sur soane, but they done some name changing and it's now called Chalon en Champagne. The "Sur Soane is now closer to Lyon. (but then they are Frenchies).
Yet another great video Ned with great camera views and fantastic commentary,You need to get a sign for the front of your truck (NUMBER 1 TRUCK VLOGGER).Thanks again for all your time and effort you put into your videos.
Ned.. I know that feeling when boarding ferry at holyhead.. I do 12 day coach tours from Ireland to uk and over to Austria and aosta on ski tours.. Home sweet home.. I drop coach in Dublin then drive 2.5hrs to waterford.. I am doing artic test in 2 days time and going for international.. So i be on to you for some tips.
Really enjoyed following your journey over the past few videos, thanks for taking the time to created, edit and post them. They are a fantastic resource for new drivers as well as enjoyment for the many fans of your, Moe, and Billy Boy. Thanks Ned.
Just watched the whole of this series again Ned. Still brilliant even on the forth time of watching it. Now time to watch the spain series. Hope your keeping well and hope your back making vids soon. No one does truck vids as good as you
Nice to see your trip end Ned, fantastic series of videos from your travels. Hope you had a nice rest when you got home, can’t beat yer own house and bed. Till your next vlog, kind regards. Johnny

One of your best Ned! I’ve been doing Europe runs for two years now and love sitting down with the family to watch your travels to show them what it’s like, no words can describe the stench of that fucking train from Calais at the end of the week. Safe travels
Great video and commentary, nice music Ned. My eldest boy John drives interstate Victoria/New South Wales, Aussie, nights. Thanks Ned, Bob, New Zealand.
I've enjoyed the last few Saturday nights, sitting in with a few cans and watching the aul videos Ned. I must say, it took fair commitment to head out like that for that lenght of time over the Christmas... whatever about into the New Year!!! A piece of advice.... you'll see the amount of views you've got from these. Keep uploading!!!! Even if its only domestic work... I'm an artic driver like yourself and I'm in a good domestic job but I still watch them all and wonder what it might have been like if I done European work. There's young lads out there that want to see this way of life the whole time but either they can't afford the license or they get into it and realise that the piece of meat in the fridge is making more than the piece of meat in the cab!!!!!
Doesn't seem to matter what part of the world your from you cop the same sh.t. Can't imagine the stress of travelling over borders through europe. Lucky my other half only does 1 to 2 nights away here in Australia. He too drives a DAF XF.
We're caravanners and get the same thing on the motorways around Birmingham. I'm limited to 60mph and have to slow down for cars doing 45 for absolutely no reason. I'm convinced they're locals using the motorways as a local bypass - the get on drive, down a couple of junctions and leave to motorway to go to Tesco
Thanks Ned me lad for another great ride tramping about Europe! Would certainly miss you if you were to end up not making it out again. Saying for myself, would enjoy anything you could share from the home land. Thanks again for sharing another great video,be safe out there 👍😄
Fantastic viewing as always Ned, regards the midlands, anywhere from Coventry upto Stafford is a pain in the arse! I’ve just had 2 weeks away from the truck and that’s the only thing I hate about going back to work is the midlands!! Keep her lit 🔥 and stay safe 👍🏼
Great few vids Ned. This one was especially good. Different camera angles are interesting. Do you ever cook or microwave food when you’re on a long stop? Let’s hope you get another gig real soon. Gonna miss you guys. Take care👍🏻🚚🇬🇧
Ned Kelly Ireland in those 6 months, I’ve passed my class2 and class1 and have 2 interviews next week. Your videos have helped confirm that this is my next career after 30 years as a plasterer.
Reminds me when, 46 years ago I used to be on the road with a Ford Transcontinental and tri - axle Lamberet from Wicklow Ireland to Europe and England. That was in the days when the old Sheerness to Flushing ferry ran, and you had to reverse all the way down the ramp and into the ship with all the other wagon men watching to see how good you were! Once did a trip to Iran which was ‘interesting’ especially in the high mountains of Eastern Turkey trying to not get hijacked and shot by the Kurdish bandits….International trucking was the best job I ever had, loved every minute, I’d do it all again without hesitation!
