You convinced me to buy a Legion Go, and then my Son got one from seeing mine. So you made Lenovo money! I had no intentions of getting another Rog, but again this vid is influencing me. Not gonna push the button on buy just yet, but you have got me interested, whereas i wasn't before.
@@shto4782 it's only $100 more than the previous one with a bunch of improvements it has double the battery, better sticks, a fixed sd card slot, two USB c ports, a better dpad, better buttons, better ergonomics, and they are even redoing Armory crate.

I got the Lenovo legion slim 5 (Gen 8-2023 model). Once I’m done with uni I’ll build a desktop and buy an ally for on the go. The merch you got looks dope, would deffo spruce up my desk.
So many reasons why I would like a handheld I’ve spent all sort of time watching videos on them but a handheld would be great for me because I’m a dad so it would be dope to go lay across the couch in my living room and play and also handhelds have always been more immersive to me compared to a console or computer
Those crazy bezels need to go. Don't necessarily need an OLED or VRR but for the love of god make it larger with smaller bezels. A taller ratio like 16 : 10 would help (@1920x1200).
I bought the ally extreme a week ago, just returned it today for a full refund. I loved it, it was hard but I’m saving the money for the Ally X. 🔥🔥 I’m sure it’s worth the wait.
This is awesome you got to travel and take a look. I will stay with my current OG rog ally since I have modded it so much, 90wh battery, etc.. and I will plan to keep it as long as it lives haha. Pillow would match it nicely in my game room!

Yeah I've heard that ASUS customer support is almost non-existent. I've had my Steam Deck for 1.5 years now and am seriously considering getting a Legion Go to run multiplayer games that the Deck can't due to stupid Anti Cheat plus the bigger screen, being able to play Android games and it does have one track pad (wish it had two) so that's nice. How is it when it comes to customizing your controls for specific games? The deck is incredible when it comes to that sorta controller customization.

If you can live with 60 Hz, get a Logitech G Cloud for mirroring your local gaming rig. It's 10x more comfortable to hold than the Ally and the battery lasts for days.
I know it is all about greed and profit but I wish companies like Asus would stop doing what just happened with the ROG Ally X as example they upgrade a little but it is not quite a version 2 yet and then when you buy this model 6-8 months from now they will come out with ROG ALLY 2 and this model will be totally upgraded. So why didn't Asus just totally upgrade the ROG ALLY and be done with it ???????? PASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Already have Rogally , i will just mod it to 32GB RAM and 4TB SSD. No need to buy this. I will just buy Gaming laptop then mirror it to my Rogally.
