I just ran a dress rehearsal for my virtual 5K and am set to run my last long run before my own taper for the 2 halfs in April. Looking forward to the final 2 episodes in this series.
I headed out on the trails of south wales UK this weekend, my London Marathon Training has taken me to do more tarmac running than I like so getting up on the hills was awesome - have a look at the video on my channel, not an nice as some of the place you run mind keep up the great work mate
