Thank you for all the likes and comments on my previous tribute video, "Change." I'm grateful and have read all of your comments these past few days. Congratulations to Larian Studios for the extraordinary success the past few months. Baldur's Gate 3 is a gem and I'm grateful that it exists. The game helped me get into Dungeons and Dragons and I'm playing an Adventures League in my local game store. I encourage you all to try out Dungeons and Dragons if you love Baldur's Gate 3 as it helped me made new friends and got me creatively inspired.

It broke my heart when I saw Karlach having a mental break down for the first time and that line resonated with me the most. I felt like that was one of the few moments when I wanted my character to slip back into the dark path. :')

I like what you did there with showing how the Dark Urge was redeemed by finding his humanity with his friends and forsaking his dark destiny

I'm glad, the concept of overcoming your evil nature or becoming compassionate/kind through time and friends makes for a good story. :D

I too was upset to have read that The Game Awards were rushing the speeches of the winners after the amazing job that they've done. All I can do is add a portion of Neil's speech and Sven's face in the hopes that it will convey the gratitude and message that they wanted to share. Towards loved ones, co-workers, friends, family, and the community.
Jaheiras quote about home makes me BAWL. This game has become my home. These characters mean the world to me. This game changed my life and I don’t say that lightly.
This needs to be seen by everyone who has played BG3, the editing is wonderful and I almost started bawling watching it. Truly this game deserved GOTY, and it's community deserves Community Of The Year.
Indeed, the community has been one filled with passion and creativity and I'm glad that BG3 won GOTY. It deserves the praises considering that it was a dark horse and rarely spoken of in the shadow of amazing and fun games such as Zelda, Lies of P, FF16 and Spider-Man 2. We had amazing games that came out this year which I haven't seen since 2018. I'm glad the gaming community has a lot of options that came out and that BG3 came out on top. To me, it will be remembered for the next decade the same way it was for Skyrim.

The acceptance speeches and response of them winning the many awards made me cry tears of joy for them. I'm very happy for them as it was a well-deserved. Congrats to them! 👏👏👏
And Neil's speech at the end is something that I personally cherish and wanted to help convey that in a portion of this video. So I'm glad that you too resonated with it at the end. :)

omg this is amazing, i am literally crying, when the screen transitioned to the "You're not alone in this. None of us are" i started crying and then Neil's speech immediately afterwards choked me up and got me sobbing. This is such a beautifully edited video, and omg all the companion's dialogues 😭gods... and it ending with "See you later, darling." 😭 beautiful 🧡

I just 100%'ed the game (achievement wise) last night and man this hit me. This game is definitely in my top 5 ever and I was moved by so many of the stories in the game, as well as genuinely invested in saving the people of the world. I might even go and start another playthrough. Great tribute :')

I am at a loss for words, this video is so incredible. It really encapsulates how good of a game Baldur's Gate 3 is, and the editing and the story told through the video was fantastic. 1:46 to 3:33 in particular is so well done, a phenomenal curation of moments from the game to tell a story (I especially liked how well Lorin's line worked). Huge props to you for this video and to Larian for an unforgettable game!
Thank you! 1:46-3:33 was the build up that I was going for as those scenes were the first ideas that I worked with for the original idea. Larian did a fantastic job in creating a timeless game and I'm really inspired because of them. Such a masterpiece of a game. ^^
BG3 has truly been a generational game. I’m so glad I took a chance on something that was out of my norm and fell in love with it. Amazing video man.
in the new patch 6, the epilogue from Astarion , where he wakes up next to us, looking into us like: "good morning,Darling" ,really,really looks like we fell asleep in our reality and woke up there, with him
I had to skip some parts since I'm not done with my current durge run, however I did finish my tav one. Such an amazing and beautiful game. The story, the characters, the atmosphere. Everything! It's truly a shame that there are people who either doesn't want to play the game or hasn't had the chance. They deserved every single award!
Just wanted to say your character looked amazing when Orin shapeshifts, I went gith rouge on my ninth playthrough, it feels so good when you got a set of armour which makes the scene peak

You know when its the part about home I realize this game has become a home to me and to many others.
Heart and soul like this has been lost in most video games for years (there was the few gems but nothing hit as hard at baldurs gate has)
I feel like I did when I was a kid playing world of warcraft again part of that amazing, beautiful community back then.
And now I've found it again, a family with you, with everyone in this fandom. I love you. And I love this edit. I love this community, I love this game.

I agree, I to have had the pleasure to experience different homes and communities throughout my life and Baldur's Gate is one of the rare few that I feel has one of the best positive vibes and passion. A lot of heart and soul was put into this game and the community recognizes it.
I too remember the first time playing an MMORPG as a child and how massive of a world it was as well. It left me flabbergasted to know that we're able to connect with several people from across the world who potentially shares similar interests that we can resonate with. So being able to feel that again with Baldur's Gate 3 and expanding that with the Dungeons and Dragons community has been a wonderful experience since it allowed me to connect with newer people. I appreciate your lovely message and l too share the same love towards you. A love that wishes that you'll grow towards your ideal self.

Do it, haha, the game has many replayable routes that you can take. One route that I personally haven't taken is the destruction of the grove, being an overall jerk, and killing all of the companions. 😱
The guy's been playing the same character 5 times in a row already. I thought I had a problem creating 10 new ones but at least they were all different :D
I sometimes like to think that each of my playthrough is a repeat of the same character making different decisions to reach their perfect ending. Like Groundhog day or Season 2 of Loki. xD

Gonna be honest, I didn't expect anything would be able to top "Change", but this definitely equals it. Even if Durge being transformed into an Illithid before the really heartwarming moments with the companions makes those look slightly goofy.
