Phoenix Prime Tarmac Trouble is my favorite level, with the great and calm music playing the background as it rains in the runway and you see the city's lights beyond the fence on the background. And also the plane just going in circles in the middle of the map lol.
I enjoyed this game so much, but the Zurg Kite and the Green Slime bosses were so annoying! I hated that the Zurg Kite could make you fall off the tree and you'd have to climb all the way back up to face him

Ok As a child when I played this here's what my reactions were to the bosses. The robot: ehh simple, the Zurg kite: God quit making me fall off the fucking tree!, The Biplane: Hold Still for god sakes. The Jackhammer: Oh my god this is fucking scary, The Clown Top: Oh God where are you from Sid's house?, The Trashcan Slime monster: Just hold still and fucking die!, The Dinosaur: Not much of a challenge accept when he shoots fireballs and you have to avoid a lot of toxic slime which takes up 95% of the floor, Buzz Lightyear Dune Buggy: Also not much of a challenge accept with a lot of projectiles and him charging at you, The Big thing deploying all the typical enemies from those yellow jars: Oh my god you are so annoying, I have to deal with you and a bunch of typical enemies like the annoying shield guys while your firing lasers at me!, Spider Gunro: Are you also from Sid's house? Also can you hold still as well?, The Gunslinger: Easy just dodge and shoot, Zurg: Hold still, it's bad enough my laser doesn't damage you so I have to do my spin attack on you while dealing with guided projectiles and you just running away like a sissy, Prospector: Simple dodge and attack just spin attack and jump, The blacksmith: Your like 51% annoying and 49% simple I have to spin attack you while dealing with guided blue fire that causes some serious damage, Prospector, Gunslinger and Blacksmith:.......My God you have got to be kidding me this is gonna be a complete nightmare.
Najort Hey your not alone man, when I was first going up against him I didn't know how to defeat plus he was really scary so I had to get my dad to help me, same thing for the jackhammer before I found out you needed to use those discs, the jackhammer would scare me so much like the way it's face looked, the way it laughed, and considering the fact it's fast and cannot be damaged by lasers and can knock you off the top of the constructed building is like a recipe for fear for little kids on their first time playing.

The N64 version for boss fight musics "except for the Plane, Slime monster, Giant Bird, Zurg, and Prospector" the music was sped up on the N64 version but slow on the PS1 and Dreamcast version. Also on the N64 version the Slime Time and Plane bosses have their themes swapped.
Zurg, Stinky Pete and Blacksmith are the only bosses in the game you can't hurt with your laser. Jackhammer is the only boss in the game you can't hurt with any regular attacks and need the disk launcher to fight him.
It was fun to play when i was little but the slime monster thingy i kept having nightmares about XD and now i find it funny on how it was my nightmare.
I had nightmares featuring that green trashcan monster. I was stuck for weeks on that part. one time the music stopped while battling, it was so creepy.

My computer kept doing random speeds. When it was normal speed, and I got lucky, I beat it.

Apparently there was a glitch with if you reset the level while in the dying animation it would give you immortality. Atleast until you got a battery

As an adult, the blacksmith is THE worst boss in this game.
As an adult, this game is piss easy. With the blacksmith all you have to do is spam the spin move. Who cares if you die, you don't lose anything
