I literally said good for her when she corrected herself when citing “her little story” and changed it to “my story” because she doesn’t need to minimize herself, it’s not a small thing, and this huge part of her life is HUGE and she deserves to be speaking out about it fully, so proud of her for catching herself it’s a great step.

It’s not about taking the high road. It is very possible, that CRIMES were committed against her. Every victim has the right to get justice and not just accept it by being a “bigger person”.
I’m so nervous for her. She’s in such a vulnerable state right now. I hope she disappears to somewhere safe and is able to have time to be able to process and heal. Between the paparazzi and her family she’s going to have a tough road ahead. There’s going to be people who are going to want to see her fail. The fact that Britney was never re-evaluated tells me this was dirty from the start. The State of California is responsible for the safety of anyone in a conservatorship, so if it didn’t order a re-evaluation, it’s because it determined she NEVER should have been in a conservatorship! There’s a whole lot of people getting ready to get sued!
Shelby Hall , back in mid-july I found out that two of my siblings put our oldest sister in a nursing home against her will . I call her everyday sometimes several times a day and there are times I can tell she's going into some cognitive decline from being in there . She never signed any papers or documents and certainly never agreed to any of this . The nursing home won't tell me if my sister or brother has power of attorney over her and when I try to look up the records by calling the courthouse they sent me from one department to another and we couldn't find anything . My rotten millionaire banker brother is corrupt and has been for decades . My scummy sister whose a Halloween witch inside , and who got my brother to put her in there has everybody fooledl because people think she's so good-looking and she's soft-spoken . She hasn't called me or returned a phone call to me in decades . The nursing home will no longer talk to me about any of my sister's health problems or any other issues because I'm not 1 of the 2 contact people . I was told I have to ask my rotten sister for permission to get on as a list of contacts and of course that's not going to happen . The food there gives my poor angelic sister diarrhea so bad that most of the time she's not eating . I even called the District Attorney's office and spoke with the woman who handles abuse against the elderly and especially cases of them being put in nursing homes against their will . I was sickened and shocked when she told me she believes nothing wrong has happened ; yet a woman in the industry told me that the particular floor of the building my sister in , has psychiatric cases , dementia cases , and people with Alzheimer's . My poor sister has none of those problems , none of those issues . My rotten sister who put her in there only takes her out for an hour or two once a month even though she and my other siblings ... and nieces and nephews all live no further than a 20-minute ride away . Jennifer , who was put in there has not been invited to anybody's house for Thanksgiving and regretfully will have a LOUSY Thanksgiving at the nursing home . They are in suburban Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm down here in Dallas Texas . I don't have the money for round trip tickets to go see her yet , as I have no savings and have Lupus but no health insurance . But now it looks like I'm going to have to g4et AN ATTORNEY to fight all this as that woman in the DA's office was no help . I told her I'm calling the State's Attorneys General office after this weekend . My friends have also been a disappointment because even though they claim to be disgusted with the way my family has treated Jennifer, not one of my friends who lives about 20 minutes away or less has offered to take my sister in for Thanksgiving and none of them offer to visit her . Everybody's been showing their UGLY TRUE COLORS and I will NEVER FORGET THIS .

I was in an abusive relationship for years and I could relate to when she said "just to go and buy a candle, have an ATM card, have cash in my hands". Every abused woman I think can relate to those words if they have survived. What is so astonishing is that it was her own money!!! Those monsters! It's just so disturbing this happened to her and for so many years. I was abused for 5 years and there is still fibers of my being that has not healed ... She's got a lot of healing to do and I just pray she is surrounded by people that love her and are only there to support her and watch her blossom from this day forward.

This is pure speculation on my part, but she was on some heavy psychiatric meds for a while and sometimes those can leave a person with side effects for a very long time even after the medication is discontinued. Britney's gonna seem a little loopy to the average person maybe for the rest of her life, but that's fine. She can appear a little loopy, rock back and forth, whatever. None of it means that she isn't still in control of herself or fit to run her own life.

"Being able to buy candles... it's the little things." This is how it feels finally feeling financial freedom. As someone who grew up in poverty, I can relate to this so much. It's so horrible that she didn't NEED to feel this way, but was forced into living her life that way. Being able to go into a store and stop at the candle section as a little "for me" gift is such a simple pleasure and privilege people overlook. Even knowing you now have the money to spend that extra $20 on something frivolous is a gift. I'm glad she is taking it slow and appreciating life as it blossoms in front of her again!

I know it's common for people with helicopter parents that when they get their first taste of freedom they tend to go overboard with partying and such til it's out of their system. It makes sense since they didn't get to release it over time like most. @@Reality.juiced Not really, there's a lot of nerves and emotions in the videos. She was much more calm and collected during the early years of her success. Like she said she was muted and listening to her talk in the Instagram video it's like she's not using her full voice to speak so when she speaks it's in a fairly low tone and her voice has little skips/cracks and uses a lot of filler word such as “um,” when you're thinking verbally. In other words, you are verbalizing your thought process. Wish her the best!
My heart breaks for her, as she has to put her own family on trial. How could they be so evil to put her in that position in the first place. To lose your family in that way is so sad. Love and blessings to her, this must be so difficult.

I relate to her wanting to be known more as a survivor than a victim (absolutely no offence to people who identify with the term victim). Words are so powerful when it comes to working through trauma. A lot of the time people have been victimised for so long that it yet loath the term.

I’m so nervous for her. She’s in such a vulnerable state right now. I hope she disappears to somewhere safe and is able to have time to be able to process and heal. Between the paparazzi and her family she’s going to have a tough road ahead. There’s going to be people who are going to want to see her fail. The fact that Britney was never re-evaluated tells me this was dirty from the start. The State of California is responsible for the safety of anyone in a conservatorship, so if it didn’t order a re-evaluation, it’s because it determined she NEVER should have been in a conservatorship! Shelby Hall , back in mid-july I found out that two of my siblings put our oldest sister in a nursing home against her will .
I call her everyday sometimes several times a day and there are times I can tell she's going into some cognitive decline from being in there .
She never signed any papers or documents and certainly never agreed to any of this .
The nursing home won't tell me if my sister or brother has power of attorney over her and when I try to look up the records by calling the courthouse they sent me from one department to another and we couldn't find anything .
My rotten millionaire banker brother is corrupt and has been for decades .
My scummy sister whose a Halloween witch inside , and who got my brother to put her in there has everybody fooledl because people think she's so good-looking and she's soft-spoken .
She hasn't called me or returned a phone call to me in decades .
The nursing home will no longer talk to me about any of my sister's health problems or any other issues because I'm not 1 of the 2 contact people .
I was told I have to ask my rotten sister for permission to get on as a list of contacts and of course that's not going to happen .
The food there gives my poor angelic sister diarrhea so bad that most of the time she's not eating .
I even called the District Attorney's office and spoke with the woman who handles abuse against the elderly and especially cases of them being put in nursing homes against their will .
I was sickened and shocked when she told me she believes nothing wrong has happened ; yet a woman in the industry told me that the particular floor of the building my sister in , has psychiatric cases , dementia cases , and people with Alzheimer's .
My poor sister has none of those problems , none of those issues .
My rotten sister who put her in there only takes her out for an hour or two once a month even though she and my other siblings ... and nieces and nephews all live no further than a 20-minute ride away .
Jennifer , who was put in there has not been invited to anybody's house for Thanksgiving and regretfully will have a LOUSY Thanksgiving at the nursing home .
They are in suburban Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm down here in Dallas Texas . I don't have the money for round trip tickets to go see her yet , as I have no savings and have Lupus but no health insurance .
But now it looks like I'm going to have to g4et AN ATTORNEY to fight all this as that woman in the DA's office was no help .
I told her I'm calling the State's Attorneys General office after this weekend .
My friends have also been a disappointment because even though they claim to be disgusted with the way my family has treated Jennifer, not one of my friends who lives about 20 minutes away or less has offered to take my sister in for Thanksgiving and none of them offer to visit her .
Everybody's been showing their UGLY TRUE COLORS and I will NEVER FORGET THIS .

I was in an abusive relationship for years and I could relate to when she said "just to go and buy a candle, have an ATM card, have cash in my hands". Every abused woman I think can relate to those words if they have survived. What is so astonishing is that it was her own money!!! Those monsters! It's just so disturbing this happened to her and for so many years. I was abused for 5 years and there is still fibers of my being that has not healed ... She's got a lot of healing to do and I just pray she is surrounded by people that love her and are only there to support her and watch her blossom from this day forward.

This is pure speculation on my part, but she was on some heavy psychiatric meds for a while and sometimes those can leave a person with side effects for a very long time even after the medication is discontinued. Britney's gonna seem a little loopy to the average person maybe for the rest of her life, but that's fine. She can appear a little loopy, rock back and forth, whatever. None of it means that she isn't still in control of herself or fit to run her own life.

This is how it feels finally feeling financial freedom. As someone who grew up in poverty, I can relate to this so much. It's so horrible that she didn't NEED to feel this way, but was forced into living her life that way. Being able to go into a store and stop at the candle section as a little "for me" gift is such a simple pleasure and privilege people overlook. Even knowing you now have the money to spend that extra $20 on something frivolous is a gift. I'm glad she is taking it slow and appreciating life as it blossoms in front of her again!

Like she said she was muted and listening to her talk in the Instagram video it's like she's not using her full voice to speak so when she speaks it's in a fairly low tone and her voice has little skips/cracks and uses a lot of filler word such as “um,” when you're thinking verbally. In other words, you are verbalizing your thought process.

My heart breaks for her, as she has to put her own family on trial. How could they be so evil to put her in that position in the first place. To lose your family in that way is so sad. Love and blessings to her, this must be so difficult.

I relate to her wanting to be known more as a survivor than a victim (absolutely no offence to people who identify with the term victim). Words are so powerful when it comes to working through trauma. A lot of the time people have been victimised for so long that it yet loath the term.
