MeKenze 🥰 Thank you and George for taking a different route back to Meru. Nice viewing more scenic areas. You always select such great music for your vlogs! The garden at the restaurant was beautiful. The love of family is amazing. The aunt was willing to wait along the roadside to have a visit with you. That really touched my heart. In these latter days that we are living in, that is not a common thing. Thanks for introducing your new friends. I will be sure to check their channel. I am finding it such a joy to follow the lives of the younger ones. Always so much to learn……keeps me updated on life occurrence!😊. Blessings be unto you all.💜🫶🏾🙋🏾♀️
What a beautiful scenic route...its a shame that ignorant ppl have portrayed the African continent so different to what it really is... they focus on the negatives ( every nation in the world has its own negatives) rather than the positives... we also go through the same things in the Caribbean ...the smiles of the ppl...the generosity...the kindness...the family life...the traditions..the pace of life that lends itself to more calmness..the fresh foods ....so many positives... bless you Mekenze...keep safe and enjoy ...❤🙏🙏
I am from Murang'a but work in Meru. I use the route several times a month. Hills, lots of bridges and bends. All in all, I have to admit the quality of your videos is great
@@Mekenzeinkenya Yass. Chuka is home and the road trip was so nostalgic. Felt like I was traveling with you guys. Your videos are always exciting, inspiring and grounding at the same time. Keep up the spirit Mekenze and fam.
You know Makenzie you are doing a great thing, you and your beloved husband George by running a coffee ☕ processing and producing packaging and selling business. You know and as time progresses I strongly think that, you must start thinking of investing on the building of a factory. You know a coffee ☕ bean harvesting factory, wich will be creating many jobs for the unemployed youth of Kenya.🔥❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✌🏽
Mwea is a must stop when traveling from Nairobi to Meru or vise versa. Mekenze whats the difference from the two roads to Meru. The Nanyuki one & Embu one? Thanks. I always use the Embu road when am back to Kenya on my way to Meru
Thanks so much for watching! We tend to like the Nanyuki route because you can drive faster speed with less traffic. It’s a smoother drive with less ups and downs and towns where it gets congested. But we like to switch it up cuz the embu way is fun and beautiful too.
Wamumu. 😂. Parents in the mountain region used to threaten kids when they misbehave that they would send them to Wamumu. There is the most famous Approved school, where delinquents would be taken to. I think they are now called "Borstals"
Today's blog traffic is everywhere, and it looks hot. I love stopping at Mr Nice to buy rice when I am in Kenya. How many hrs driving 🚗 from NRB to Meru is it ?
I am envious of this roadtrip. Kenyan is so Nairobi-centric, to a fault. There's splendor all over the country but i understand why you guys need to move to the city.
😍😍😍Thank-you for putting us on your channel Mekenze. Such an honour! You are the best
My pleasure ♥️😊
Feeling nostalgic as I watch this. Reminds me of my days as a student at Kaaga Girls High School in Meru. This was our route. Thanks for sharing.
Kenya is a beautiful country, I love the way you let us see Kenya through your eyes.❤

Such beautiful scenery. It makes me miss a trip to Kenya. George's auntie is so nice that she took time to go and meet all of you on the highway.
If I was younger I would move to Africa . Love it.
You are welcome even now
I know and I would love to go. We will see. @@fridahndungenzaumi6591

Aw thanks for watching and I hope
You get to visit Embu soon.
How is the place than..........🎉🎉🎉
There was a male paw paw tree George was converting to female by pushing a stick through the stem. How did it turn out. Can you give an update
It hasn’t shown any signs of flowering or fruits so we think it was a bust. 😅

The drive is about 6 hrs .. longer when we make stops.
@Mekenzeinkenya it's like driving from NC to Atlanta georgia. It felt endless lol. Stay blessed

Just a curious question why aren't you driving the van yet i saw you driving during your vacation in the US?
Unataka kuwa driver ama??
The hubby likes driving...n he seems to like long road trips
I lack the type of confidence required to drive on the opposite side of the road/car from what I’m used to.. in some crazy traffic 😂😅
