You are right. Drs need to start rethinking their approach. They operate on the idea "think horses not zebras". They need to start thinking a possiblity of zebras from the first min that they meet the patient. Insurance plays an overwhelming and disgraceful role in this also. Too many times they deny or restrict access to care. Doing nothing more than stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.
I wouldn't say this unforgivable as someone has said. We think women get it, certainly not 9 year olds. Why would a doctor think Oh this child has Ovarian Cancer . I can think of more horrendous things that are unforgivable....how about parents assaulting their own children or Catholics ministers sexually assaulting children...or the gas chambers in the ww2 war.

Almost all cervical cancers are caused by HPV. Please get your teenagers the HPV vaccine. Some people arent genetically able to fight off HPV. It runs in families. If your body can't fight off this virus, it will cause cervical cancer. It can also cause mouth, throat and cancer of the "backside." HPV is extremely common virus. Most people get exposed in their lives. It is an STD. Many can fight off the virus, but if your body can't, it is very dangerous.
The fact that so many kids have to grow up so fast, lose their childhood, and suffer through all this pain and worry is absolutely heartbreaking.

She is literally so brave and so optimistic during this horrible event. God bless her and her family, she is so brave and strong and I hope she's doing better now!🥺❤
We have the ovarian cancer gene in my family. I had a tumor but we caught it before it got bad. Congratulations Kaylee! Thanks for modeling a great attitude!
I can only imagine how hard this was for all 3 of you. I was 16 when I was diagnosed with stage 2 uterine cancer, I can only imagine being so young and having to go through something so trying. All power to you my girl. ❤️❤️
Hope you’re doing well
I don't know how to react.. but it made me highly emotional..extremely happy for this little angel and her family.. God bless you ❤❤❤❤
Geez she's so young I can't imagine going through that so young. I'm glad the doctors listened to her and her parents were supportive!
What an amazing young lady!!!
Totally agree.... So happy that she finished treatment and she is cancer free. She has such a positive, grown up attitude.
May she grow up to be a healthy , strong ,thriving women, and able to have kids. God bless you little angel
She had such a great attitude during it all. I would have never been like her.
Hello Kaylee I had the same cancer that you have and I’m a cancer survivor to.
So am I ! Praise God for your healing as well! You go girl!!
congratulations to you both.
What a strong person you are 💖💖💖
Thank you Jesus!!!
Kylie you are such a beautiful and intelligent soul. I prayer that you have a long, happy, healthy life 💖
Horrendous experience for anyone, unimaginable for a little active girl 💔😰. It is unfortunate they dismissed her for months, it gave the cancer cells time to grow and spread ...unforgivable.😱 best wishes for a full recovery, 🛐 blessings 🙏✝️🕊️🛐
It's because older women mostly get it, not 9 year old girls.
@@lee-annebarrett366 doctors should hv tried their best to figure it out, and doing a couple of scanns dont hurt(if they are not Often) so even if it is unusual it should still be an option!
so sorry you had cancer I’m glad she doesn’t have it anymore I’m glad your feeling better
Congratulations being a survivor .. God Bless
I am 62 y/o and I had it when I was six and thank the Lord I'm still alive. At that time there wasn't another documented case. I had two healthy children but did have an emergency hysterectomy at 26 but other than that have done just fine. There is hope.
Amen amen!!! Thank you Jesus for healing you. Please spread the news of having this at 6 y.o. God Bless You
I met a 13 little girl who had ovaries cáncer, she was so beatiful and joy ☹️ she did not recover. She passed away some years ago.
this is mind blowing... kaylee went to school with my little brother! she’s so brave 🤍🤍
Is she still healthy this year!? If you know.

@@savvii2996 I thinks she is still alive! I know she beat cancer.. but since covid nobody has seen anyone lately.
@@chloeann3732 Oh that’s good!
What a beautiful child of god. I’m so happy she beat cancer but for the ones that get called home early they are not any less of a fighter in gods eyes. My mom passed in 93 from the same cancer.
My mom passed away from complications of stage 4 lung and liver cancer
I’m so sorry
I also had cancer when I was 4. It was missed from birth. Finally once found it was stage 4. You are such a brave girl and we are all fighters. Well done sweetie
As a ovarian cancer survivor (also diagnosed in 2019) i wouldnt wish it on anyone but a child. Seriously cancer is such a b* God bless this innocent child. Shine on Teal Sister
I'm so happy for this girl and her family. I wish them a long happy life. Blessings.
I just survived ovarian cancer myself! I was stage 2, yet i had a egg plant size tumer. I also never had any symptoms of having cancer. Until i had a busted cyst that lead me to emergency surgery where they found my cancer. My heart goes out to Kaylee! Such a strong little fighter. I thought i was young at 35 but to be 9. Your so blessed to have the support as well! Support means everything its something i didnt have much of but stayed strong and like you fought strong! Your a bwautoful soul Kaylee. God Bless you...
I wish “they” would quit telling ppl they are cancer free until the 5 yr mark!
I wish her the best.
That’s just sooo unnecessary...🙄
True
Many people don't understand that cancer - free and ' no evidence of disease ' are two different things
Yes its a very scary thing that the cancer can come back. My best friend got cancer when we were 5, and was told she was cancer free, and then it came back a few years later. She fought very hard and has been cancer free for years now.
Wow she is so strong and amazing, you go girl
She is soooo young. My heart goes out to her and her parents. 🌈❤️🌷
thank god she survived ..
My friend ice skates too and it’s sad to see a fellow skater fighting such a horrible battle, and she skates so well
She is so adorable
Incredibly brave family.
Bloody hell, what an amazing inspirational little girl
Kaylee - thanks for raising awareness by telling your story. This is not a well known cancer and the symptoms are often mistaken for minor health issues. You are strong - mentally and physically - my best wishes to you and your loving mum and dad from London UK ❤️👏🏻🙏🏻
Thank God! So happy Kaylee is cancer free. God Bless and Godspeed to you Kaylee. You are a warrior and now one of the elite in the group of survivors!!!💞🙏🏻
Keep it up Kaylee!!! What a scary diagnosis....even more scary for a sweet baby girl.

This video is so lovely.
Firstly can I say how amazing and strong your beautiful girl is, I have heard of this but never in a young child. Really hope she is doing well and maybe back to doing things she loved like Ice Skating ⛸ sending my live to you all and take care 💖
I’ll thanks God for her, now she’s doing fine. Glory to God for ever .🙏🏻
Amazing, what a lovely child, and very talented. A lovely smile
The same thing happened to me but with kidney disease, I was diagnosed on Christmas Day. I always relate to these stories with kids who go thru things like this so hardcore
She is the cutest!!! Such a strong kiddo!!! So full of life!!! I’ve never heard of such a young person with ovarian cancer before.
Sweet angel you have mom and dad!
What a beautiful sweet heart ❤️
Bless her heart, shes so cute and innocent. Why do things like this have to happen to children.
WOW that little girl is an old soul !!! How amazing thank God she ok !!!
She has a nice voice . Cancer could have taken this beautiful young lady. Thank God she really survived. Congratulations to the whole family
What an amazing young lady! I've never heard of ovarian cancer in anyone so young. I hope she is still doing well and is fit and healthy.
OMG I’m crying I’m so happy for you Kailey I hope you have a great life and just know your beautiful the way you are even if you don’t have hair
Girl, you are a WARRIOR and a delightful young lady! Sending out good thoughts to you for continued good health!
Why didn't the doctors feel her abdomen? She should have been diagnosed much sooner. I hope this brave child lives a long and happy life!
Either that or an Ultrasound or X-ray. Honestly, at least freaking CHECK when the kid says she can feel something hard in her stomach! Goddamn idiots.
God bless you, strong intelligent girl! My friend’s daughter was having symptoms when she was a teenager and I encouraged her to take her daughter to an OB/GYN even though she was so young. It turned out she had ovarian cancer. She had surgery and survived.
Praise the Lord! I am so so happy and over-joyed to hear of this beautiful story of healing. God carried her though and out. Stay safe. Blessings~
I'm so glad she's healthy and I am a lover of ice skating. It's one of the most beautiful things to watch. I cry because it's so beautiful.
Hey little 아미. Glad you made it through. Take care, stay happy and enjoy your life to the fullest.
FIRE! ARMY! Borahe 💜
Strong girl. She's amazing
Kaylee's voice reminds me of Grace Vanderwaal:) Hope she lives out the rest of her life cancer-free!
What a dear little girl, your very brave and everyone on here will be praying for a full recovery. What a good Mom taking you back and back to the dr each time. What lovely parents. You raining that bell make me smile and gave me goose bumps - go you beautiful girl xxx
My God I never knew a child so young could get ovarian cancer
my grandmother just beat cervical cancer for the second time, I am wishing all the best to this lovely young lady and her family. cancer is a terrible disease, thank you for sharing your inspiration Kaylee. I am so proud of you, what a warrior!
I'm so happy for you Kaylee! Congratulations hun! Also to the makers of this video... I see you with the bts at 4:27! Glad to hear it!
What a beautiful young lady..
