SA tug of war - drum test

The South African National Tug of War team selection is done on a few criteria’s and individual tests .These have to be past on certain merits. This was a repetition test done with 120% body weight , as much reps as you can. Puller weighed in at 78kg and lifted 93.6kg for 18 reps
