I attended at street fair the other day and came away with what I think is the best haul of books that I have ever had. I found high grade silver and bronze Marvel and DC books. All of the books were just a $1 each. It was an absolutely awesome day! I also may have picked up a small piece of comic book history? See article below Re: Robert Bell

Gorgeous KONG Wrightson cover ! I came across a Secrets of Haunted house # 5 last year , found in the dollar bins. It's also a rare BW cover as well. Great video. Cheers!

Amazing score! Something similar happened to me when a store that carried a bunch of over priced books had two short boxes of mostly silver and Bronze Age X-Men books for five bucks a piece. I remember being confused and excited. Lol
That is a great feeling. When it was happening I thought for sure they were going to pull the books back. I went back there today and grabbed the rest of the bronze age books (except for the Tarzan's) lol

Thanks, it will probably never happen for me again on this scale. I did go back this weekend and got the rest of the books I passed on lol (I was surprised they were still there)

What an insane find. The fact that there were so many high grade old books for a dollar is nuts, especially from a comic store. That had to be a mistake on there part.

I am amazed those Iron-Man was a buck each as well as Power Man especially the nice condition there were in. Too bad you didn’t grab some X-men books because lately they are hard to fine at a low price. Awesome haul nevertheless! 👏👏👍
Thanks it’s possible I left some good ones behind in X-men (none of them were bronze or even copper age) I just don’t enough about X-men keys

The trick to getting good comics is getting comics that you don't already have. If you are trying to make money, you are not collecting comics.
Sometimes I buy stuff and say I'm going to flip them to get a bigger book, but I never do! lol. I was happy to upgrade almost my whole Luke Cage and Defenders run, and got a nice Iron Man collection now.
You should've marched your butt to the nearest ATM and withdrew enough to go back and get the rest of them.
