Very cool guys, and nice work covering all of these locations!
Thanks so much Nick! Most people would probably think tracking down filming locations is a weird hobby, but we know you get it, right?!
@@Our80sLife hahaha I certainly do.
Bring on the dream season! 😊
Every time I watch kids Incorporated I feel like a kid again

@@Our80sLife all is great! I'm starting to miss Texas after seeing your video lol!
Loved this!
Thank you!!
Ahh the 1980s when I was still really young and the world was still full of possibilities. Love the personal way you guys present.
Thanks Jack! We miss the 1980s too, so nostalgic. Glad you're enjoying our videos!
I really enjoyed seeing this!!! I just shared and sent this to my cousin Kendall on Messenger, and I also told her to subscribe to your channel, and check out all of your other Dallas Videos!!!
Awesome, thanks Al! These are our favorite videos to make.
These vids are a lot of fun. I just started binging the Dallas show on Feverree (I am on S9 so seeing S8 locations was really cool) but watched it growing up with my Mom too. She was a huge fan. Good memories. Thanks for doing these.
That's great, thanks Jarrod! We're glad you're enjoying our video series. Dallas is the best show, and it's so nostalgic watching it now. Cheers!
OMG KEEP them coming ( Can't Wait for you to get into the TV Movie ones as well ) this is BY FAR my most favorite You Tubers
Thanks SO much!! We're really glad you're enjoying our Dallas videos. We are also excited to see the sequels, TV movies, and reboot... currently watching season 13. Finishing the series will be bittersweet for sure!
@@Our80sLife Always excited when you Dallas post.
Thanks!
You're so sweet, thank you Melanie!
@@Our80sLife My pleasure. I love all of your videos. Thanks for all the work you put into them!
Thanks a lot! Looking forward seeing these from all the remaining seasons! I also wonder did you had to ask some information from someone or did you just deduced yourself all these locations?
That's so nice, THANK YOU!! We are excited for the upcoming seasons too! I'm originally from Dallas, so many of the locations I recognized from living there my entire life (until we relocated to Kansas in '04.) For example, my senior prom was held at the Doubletree in Campbell Centre! For the ones we didn't recognize, we've definitely gotten some help. I'm in a Facebook group for people from Dallas called Dallas Memories, and occasionally I've shared screenshots on there to get some help - that's how we found the disco club from season 1. There's also a Dallas Filming Locations thread on a website called tellytalk.net which was a wealth of information. That one includes places both in Dallas and California (which we're planning to visit next year!) It's so exciting to stand in the exact locations where these iconic scenes were filmed from our favorite TV show!
I've stayed at that Double Tree a few times, never knew it was in the show!
Yes!! I realized recently that my senior prom was held there, lol! Of course I had no clue about the Dallas connection at the time... too busy dancing the night away!
Happy Tuesday 💖
Hi Riley!
@@Our80sLife Hello 😇
Another excellent vlog on filming locations! All of your videos are great! I read last week there are rumors about Southfork closing with the passing last summer of the owner. I can’t imagine that SF would close. Every time I’ve visited there are a good number of people on the tour. Plus the venue has to be a great for events and weddings. I hope SF is saved!
Thanks Tom! We've heard those rumors as well, and it would be awful if Southfork closed (or worse, got torn down!) There's a petition going around, which we've signed, and we certainly hope it can be saved. We LOVE Southfork!!
Forgive me if it’s been said in the comments, but I noticed in season 7 that they used the Calder House as Mark’s house and you’ll notice as he was taking Pam up the steps, they used the interiors.
I was thinking “oh no, Mark is taking her to Bobby’s room! 😱” …but then I realized it was actually Mark’s staircase, not the Southfork staircase. They obviously look identical, save for the wallpaper being different. I sometimes forget that they replicated the Calder House interiors on a soundstage lol.
I watch out of this world saved by the Bell
Thanks for the video. Dallas is one of my favorite shows of all time. The re-enactments are hilarious. Pam's house looks very different now with the remodel. One series I think you all may enjoy later when you have the time is Family with Kristy McNichol and Meredith Baxter. David Jacobs the creator of Dallas and Knots Landing was a head writer for that show and he was approached by CBS from his work on that series. Dallas was born. Aaron Spelling produced Family with Mike Nichols.
Cool, thanks so much! We're happy to know you're enjoying our videos! The re-enactments are ridiculous but fun, lol! Yes, Pam's house looks quite different now, but once we saw those circular porthole windows and the circle drive, we knew we were in the right place. You can look up the address on Zillow - there are interior pics! Thanks for the show suggestion as well.
Great information on the various Dallas filming locations. Sadly, unfortunately, I recently learned that the future of SouthFork Ranch is questionable. The ranch could be turned into a subdivision. 😭
Thanks Billy! We've heard that about Southfork as well, and we'd be heartbroken if it closed (or worse!) We love visiting there! There's a petition floating around which we've signed, and we're hoping for the best. Glad you enjoyed our video!
Regarding the season finale driveway incident: Was it unusual for them to go back to Dallas to film on location, that late in the Season? Normally, all the actual Dallas location scenes are filmed early and air during the first half of a season? But, for the finale, they flew Pam, Bobby, and Katherine back to Dallas to do those car sequences, I guess.
You're correct, and that was unusual. The only other time when I can recall that happening is in Season 6, the scene where Holly Harwood set up Sue Ellen, and she walked-in on her with J.R. (episode 25 "Tangled Web.") It appears to have been filmed at the same Highland Park neighborhood that was used earlier in the season, but they must've gone back to film it later.
Man, You guys really know your "Dallas". How many times have you watched that series?
Thanks Brian! We only just started watching it in 2020 as a quarantine pastime, and we were instantly hooked! We typically watch each episode twice through to prepare for our trips to Dallas when we're filming these videos... that and LOTS of research! Thank goodness for Google Maps!!
@@Our80sLife I remember watching Dallas as a child with mother back in the day. And I remember little about it. We had a Dallas Card Game that came out at the time that I remember we enjoyed playing.
Are you doing videos on seasons 9-13?
@@2008SUPERDUTYF350 Yes, we plan to do Dallas filming location videos through season 12, but unfortunately they filmed entirely in California for the final two seasons (as far as we can tell.)
This is really interesting. Did you watch the show when it originally aired or become a fan later on?
We were very young when Dallas first hit the airwaves. We only became fans when we started binge-watching it during the quarantine time... totally hooked!
Do you guys have a PO Box? Found some super cool 80s items I think you’d like!
We used to have one, but we really weren't using it enough to warrant the price. If you follow us on FB or Insta, feel free to DM us. Thanks Haley!!
13:47 😂
That one makes me laugh when I watch it because we were FREEZING our butts off that morning, lol! A cold front hit Dallas overnight, so half of our clips we have on short-sleeves and the other half we're wearing coats. This was our first stop that day, and we were struggling but we couldn't stop laughing so we had to keep re-shooting the re-enactment. Oh the things we do for RUclips, HA HA!!
Where are the Hong Kong location shots? 😊
We haven't traveled that far yet, ha ha!
Its done and up the picture that is my profile is my pony i made kinda messed up on the edting the out line on the celstia
We just watched your video, and it looks great! Nicely done!! You are so talented 😍
@@Our80sLife thank you
Also, what places in America have the most 80s relics?
Chicago and NY have to be up there
Agreed. We would also add Hollywood and Las Vegas.
Waiting for the DREAM Season ( OR as I like to call it the NIGHT MARE SEASON. )

I knew that ...
What season are we one ?
@@whitepuppysub Season 10, not sure when we’ll be able to finish up. Thank you for your patience 😊
Any time, as MUCH of a DALLAS fan as you are SO am I @@Our80sLife
I feel bad for Pam and cliff Barnes and Jr Ewing is a Chicken Squat hehe
Ha ha, yep. He's a real piece of work, that's for sure!
Question if you were a pony what would you guys look like ?just wondering im thinking of drawing you guys as ponys on my computer
Hmm… interesting question! I looked at some of the pictures, and my favorite is probably Princess Celestia. I think a good choice for Keith is Shining Armor. Thanks Ginger 💕
@@Our80sLife so alicorn and unicorn im going to use that style put you're hair coler in and stuff in im writing this down right now
1980: Who shot J.R.?
1984: Who shot Bobby?
Ha ha, yep. They even recycled the video footage, lol! That probably wouldn't fly with today's more discriminating viewers, but they got away with it back in the 80s.
I never saw Dallas
You're missing out!
Im trying to make your ponys again i orgnally was going to use the filly celstia but it did not download update made a new video the outline is fixed i published it
We just saw your latest edition. Well done!! Thanks Ginger :)
@@Our80sLife no problem i was in the middle of making a new pony she has a camera on her neck then my computer died
Did you get permission to drive down pams driveway? Lol. I would have knocked and asked to see the backyard....ha ha
Ha ha, nope. We were way too shy to knock on the door, so we just went through real quick-like and got the heck out of there, lol! It's a beautiful home!
In early Season 6, when Rebecca buys the Westlake Ave. House, the script called for it to be on.....Antioch Drive. Also, Cardinal Puff's seemed to change from S6 1982 to S8 1984? They had more umbrella tables, and plants when Sue Ellen and Afton lunched there in 1982. Maybe Pam and Jeremy, sat in a different section? It doesn't look like there are any umbrella tables now in 2022, and of course the name change.
Do you guys do RUclips full time?Is this your job?
I once had a dream where i solved a 100year old mystery Andrea libman was there this house had puzzles and traps other people got trapped along with Andrea i was the one who saved them all Andrea was happy for solving the mystery
Wow. That's a very detailed dream!
@@Our80sLife yea it was
Dallas has not been an interest of mine since the 80s.
It's free to watch on IMdB if you've got lots of free time on your hands, ha! We think Dallas is totally binge-worthy!
I think kids Incorporated is better than Glee
Agreed.
I like this video, but as a devout supporter of West Ham United, I cannot give a like if I see someone wearing an Arsenal jacket. 👎🏻
Well at least we can agree that Dallas was awesome! Tough season for West Ham. Go Gunners!!
