I guess I’d say to just learn how to string together all the movements first. Like do the whole dance but not to the best of your ability. You don’t need to put all your energy into it when you’re just learning it.
Otherwise you can try to build stamina by jogging regularly. Like maybe 20-30 minutes every other day?? Just remember to stretch before and after.

@@beverlytjahjadi9494 hi !! glad u made progress n having fun with it!!🤍 yupp I've built a sort of muscle memory for it. n thankfully my fyp in tkk and everywhere is full of ppl dancing this dance so I get to watch it ALOT at random times to memorize :D keep a vid of it in a place u enter alot in phone/pc...) n make sure to never skip a day, practicing daily is how u nail it (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

try splitting things into sections! 0.5 might help you more. dancers often use counting from 1 to 8 for every section ❤️ keep your eyes peeled for dance tutorials on youtube! pray fuwa does a tutorial 🥺
Its hard to see the moves because they actually do a lot and the models cant capture it well, but if you look up dance covers you can see the moves more clearly
