  • Hello everyone! First of all im sorry for the sound on this one, my recorder for some reason recorded a rattling soud that you can hear on the background.. I still dont know what it is but I suspect it either has a problem on the mic or it was the parts I had in the backpack close to it, anyway sorry for that :/ Also there is alot of shakiness due to the Shi##y road conditions, but at least that way it feels more realistic eh?
    About this Video:
I made this video for the people that complain about the XSR700 soft suspension and the ones that complain about the engine power.
So I chose this road because its the perfect road to show you guys where this bike can be almost the perfect bike.
The XSR700 was made with the #scrambler purpose in mind so its supposed to have a softer suspension, a larger and higher handlebar and a overall position that can resemble a bit more a dirt bike, otherwise it would just be the MT07! And they did that perfectly the bike has the true Scrambler spirit, its a road bike slightly adapted to have some dirty fun ;)
The engine is the same as the MT and behaves the same to.
So this isnt a trackday bike, an Adv bike, a dirt bike, a sportbike or whatever, every bike is different and behaves differently from the others, if you live in a city and do alot of highway and you need speed to get in time to your psychologist then maybe this bike doesnt have enough power for you, if you like to do some track day once in a while with your friends then a bike with a stiffer suspension would be better for you, if you like to do big travels maybe an adv bike is better for you ( but that is also BS because with enough will power any bike is good), if you enjoy alot of dirt roads maybe a dirt bike would be better.
So you guys need to get a bike for the kind of riding you intend to do with it, as you can see in the video some roads dont even let you use completely the 3rd gear of a 70hp bike, so power isnt all sometimes to.
So for my kind of riding style, and for the shi##y mountain roads the XSR700 is an amazing bike.
Hope this was helpful for you guys looking to get an XSR :)
    Filming gear:
    GoPro hero 10
    Zoom H5

This is crazy, watched your video from two years ago a few times the last days and I wondered what happend to you and then you upload today lol. What a great video and video description. Is this still the same bike? I really need to test drive one on these and also the 900 but I really get the feeling that on the 700 I would have plenty of fun. Greetings from Holland
