Outstanding work as usual. A suggestion, when you do these painting features on these spectacular models, let us know what printer you used and the resin. As a bonus you can let us know how much resin was needed. For example you can say it took two bottles (with one bottle being 1000kg). Thank you and keep them coming.
Wanted to buy a super thanks but my stupid country won't allow it. Anyhow, huge thanks for putting this out there. Is info you don't easily get elsewhere. Keep it up!! PS: Did I say your videos deserve a millon views already?
Well no matter what I appreciate you and I give you a super thank you! I truly want to help people make awesome works of art. If there is anything your trying to figure out please let me know and I can try to do a video on it. A million views would be crazy. Maybe one day. Thank you again for your kind words!

Love love love!! Never thought rub and buff could look so cool for weathering, looks fun! Now I'll need to find something to print so I can try :) I saw your video on how to make weathering pigment so this was great to see it put to use. I've never used it before but it looks really cool! Nice work as always :) p.s. I see a lot of your prints are Resin now, how are you liking it? Thinking about getting one.
Thanks so much! Your projects can definitely move to another level once you combine all these simple techniques. I was waiting for someone to notice all the resin printing I’ve been doing 😅. I’m just addicted to my new Epax E10 printer. I’ll be doing some fdm stuff again. Both are good there are pros and cons for each.
Another awesome video. If I might... I think I would have added a bit of silver around the "bullet" holes to look like metal where the paint had flaked off. But what do I know? That's a much better job than I can do! :)
Thanks. Yeah if I didn’t do the weathering pigments I definitely would have. Adding silver then pigments over it would cause you to loose the silver so I just went with pigments. That is a beauty of this hobby there is always more than one way to do something. 😁
@ItsMeaDMaDe hi. Thanks for the interesting video! How did you fix the dry pigment (29:18) ? Did you moisturize the surface with water or smeared the glue? Or just sprinkled? But then you need to apply the varnish, otherwise it will fly off ..
Yes it does rub off. I didn’t do it in the video but I mentioned it. you use a clear coat over top. You do light dustings until it’s completely concealed.
Great job Chris! The weathering effects look awesome!
Thanks man! I’m super happy with it. More importantly my wife was too.
Great tips !!!! Tks 🙏
Thanks so much!
That's really an awesome paint job 👏 👌 👍
Thank you so much 😊

This is fantastic! I'm glad to see someone use the 97cent paints you can get from Walmart! I'm going to check out the patreon.
Thanks so much. I truly believe you can get great results with the cheap paints. Even though I do love the more higher priced ones.
@@ItsMeaDMaDe you’re welcome! I’ve been watching your series of painting tutorials, those are great as well! Currently watching the ink washes one
@@LivingLambeaux oh awesome hope you are able to pull out some good tips to help your projects. Thanks so much!

Well two way. You can just not touch it 😅. Or just spray a clear coat over it. That’s what I did after.
@@ItsMeaDMaDe *Well two way. You can just not touch it* - The main thing is not to sneeze 😛
How do you lock in the weathering on the Vespa? Does it rub off ?
