I love these house tours. This house was so nice. Lots of light and space, both inside and outside and in a village, even if it is a smaller one. The house is beautiful.
What a beautiful property! I would guess that 150,000€ would be about 160,000 USD. That is an amazing price for that beautiful home!!! Our American home (4 bed/2.5 bath) was purchased for 214k in 1998 and is worth 400-450k today. I do enjoy watching these type of videos!😄👍🏼🇺🇸

I love these videos, seeing how other people around the world (in France) live. That Kitchen is a smaller version of my own. When we renovated we had all of the bench tops lifted 10cm higher than normal so the taller members of the family are comfortable.

The kitchen is lovely but where do you put all your dishes, your dish soap and cleaning supplies and pots and pans...I have noticed that many kitchens you've shown don't have much storage space.....but I'm not complaining, just observing. I'd make the top floor into a master bedroom and would add a large storage closet for blankets, and a place to hang clothes......it's big enough to build in a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Love it, OR I'D be excited to live here as is. Nice day out Sean, thanks.
I have noticed that sometimes these types of real estate videos don't address the concerns that a typical viewer would have. The people making the videos get to view the entire house, whereas viewers only see what's being filmed, so we miss a lot. But from what I saw, it looked like additional cabinets could be mounted to the kitchen walls, if needed.

I've noticed that in town the homes are skinny front to back where as in the USA the homes are narrow side to side. Interesting. We have less frontage and sit deeper on the lot. I like the separate toilet area. Smart Very nice home.
If you're going to show properties, how about some properties where middle income average people live. The sort of place the vocal school teacher lives in or the local barbershop owner or salon owner would live in. That's something I could relate to. Thanks for showing this lovely house!

Wow! That price is so good. Here in York, England you can only buy a very small flat in a built up area for that and with no outside space.
