Hello sir , aapne bola ki non cash expense will be adjusted in NOPAT and Capital Employed (CE). Is Depreciation will also be adjusted in both NOPAT and CE as it is also a non cash expense??
@@satish.k8948 we add accounting dep and subtract economic dep... but since no info of economic dep, assumed same is equal to accounting hence, no adjustment
For limited purpose of EVA, depreciation is treated as an operating expense- so no need to add back it like other non-cash expenses..only for EVA sums (As per SFM SM)
Sir MVA nikalte time if question me statutory fund de rakha h to TOH usa alag se consider thodi karenge ? Question me line h stat fund is compulsory req to invt in govt security

Depreciation is very much related to the Operations/Business of a Co. & thus not adjusted.
