Eosinophils involve in detoxification of histamine and engulfing the antigen and antibody complexes so number increases during allergies.Basophills release histamine and heparin.so involve in allergic reactions .

From the arneth count we know abt the bone marrow activity by measuring the no. Of lobes in neutrophils.
Undifferentiated lobe ie immature
More than 5 lobe ie, has matured and going towards lysis
