Is one of the parts a vegan Wensleydale? Very important to make something for the Wallace & Gromit chaps. All kidding aside, there is a lot of technique and steps to do this! I can tell it's very involved.
I know this video is from a while ago but if you are still making this cheese and having a problem - I've been using a different technique (taken from Full of Plants) and not wrapping the cheese till it is fully covered with mould, instead it goes on a plastic box lid and has the box on top of it for protection. Then flip as you would every day or 2. It's been working well so far! :)

I recently ordered a Cashewbert kit but found myself extremely confused because the owners recipe video and PDF on the site shows conflicting information and sometimes incomplete. Just curious, but during the forming method, what temperature did you set your refrigerator to?

where did you get the wood box for your cheese?
I was told I’m allergic to penicillin. But I ate moldy cheese most of my life before going vegan. I wonder if I’m still allergic?
